    I brought two weeks that I was supposed to had gas $100 off. The coupons didn't work, I emailed them, and I called them the numbers that they had for ******** did not work. I filed a dispute with ****** and they contacted me. We couldn't resolve the issue so they told me to send the hair back and it would give me my money back. I sent the hair back and they never sent me my money. It's been 2 months.

    I purchased a wig May 25, 2025, it shows delivered and never received. i have been going back and forth with Unice for a week with no resolve of a refund. i already purchased a different wig and their only resolution is sending the same wig I no longer want. i want my money back. Also, the customer services nonexistent

    This company is giving me the runaround in order for me to collect my refund. Ive already shipped the item to them on 05/15/25 (which i had to pay for myself) and received a delivery confirmation from **** on 05/20/25. Now, they are claiming that they never received my return and are making me file a claim with **** even after I already provided them with the delivery confirmation from ****. Theyre basically trying to pin me with being responsible for a package that their warehouse lost/misplaced. Ive attached a printout of the email thread with all the pertinent information in regards to this issue. At this point, theyre trying to rob me since I no longer have their merchandise but theyre keeping my money. I just want my money back. Id appreciate any help the BBB can offer.

    They sent the wrong wig, I returned it and made sure they sent the right one. Although they have a return policy which I followed. I had to file a claim. They stated they already refunded ne however when they received the dispute they said I would get my refund in two business days but said if I drop the dispute, I'll get it faster. Although they're advertising a free wig with purchase that was another lie as they said that promotion was over but it's still ve advertised. I received an email stating shipping would be 48 hours another lie because they emailed me saying it won't and I received it in two weeks. This company lies and scam.

    I made a purchase on the UNice app in the amount of $449.18. I purchased 2 wigs and was supposed to receive a free gift (hair dryer I believe or curling rod). I made the purchase and shipping was supposed to be 3-5 business days. I received an email saying the order would be delayed and reached out asking them to rush it because I had my sons birthday event coming up. Got an automated email saying it was going to be shipped out into 2 packages. First one was through **** and expected May 27 and I got notification it was delivered May 26. May 26 was a US holiday and no mail deliveries. I checked my ring camera and no footage shows anything being delivered. I keep going back and forth with **** and this company about the package potentially being stolen or missing and the company is very poor at communicating. Ive tried contacting them through WhatsApp, email and the chat in their app. The other package has a tracking number but when I enter it shows invalid. I feel like I have been scammed and want my money back in full and nothing to do with this company. Im seeing a lot of reviews now and spoken to other buyers in the same situation.

    I didnt like the wig that was sent to me. The description was an inaccurate. The unit is not used. I sent them pictures showing that the unit was not used. Yet, I still have not received a return label nor my money back. I just dont understand if I the customer, didnt not like the wig and it has not been used, why can I not receive a refund?

    I placed an order with UNice on May 7, 2025, with an expected delivery date of May 10, 2025.However, as of today, May 16, 2025, my order, valued over $200, remains in processing. Despite reaching out to UNice through social media, my inquiries have been deleted, and the responses received via direct message have not provided a resolution or any relevant information. Furthermore, my attempts to contact UNice via email have been met with no response, and calls to the associated phone numbers have gone unanswered. I am seeking either the fulfillment of my order or a refund.

    Ordered the item returned it due to smell Item Was NEVER worn yet THEY claim some sort of "curvature"damage I have no clue what THAT even means

    I returned two hair products purchased for $404.58. I contacted unice through email, sent them pictures of the unused products and they issued me a RMA#...I followed directions on the website for return. I provided the tracking number as they requested. According to my tracking they have received the return. I contacted them for an update on my refund and they will not answer any of my emails.

    UNice has different policies given to customers the Brooklyn store under their franchise states no refund or returns however on the website it states refunds as well as returns and exchanges are honored. The address of the Brooklyn store is *******************************. I was given the wrong length of hair, I returned the following day to be told it could not be exchanged it was a very uncomfortable feeling to be locked in the store while you make a purchase I am requesting to receive an exchange on the merchandise.The tratment administered to me as a customer was appalling as well.
