    I ordered a wig during a flash sale and was sent the wrong item. I get a email asking me to leave a review. I review expressing my disappointment and UNice selling one item description, but sending a different item (usually lesser quality, later discovered this is an Ongoing issue with them reading reviews on other platforms after experience). Lastly They delete negative reviews from their site!!! Within your order, it gives you an option to review and it shows up under your reviews.. my review section states I havent placed an order. However the order page shows me my order, but the option to review is now completely gone. Figured I should post a review, because Im now positive that their 4+ stars is deceptive from UNice deleting lower reviews.

    I ordered a wig from Unice and never received it. I placed a dispute against the company for a refund. Once I did that, they reached out and initially everything was going good. Unice asked me to cancel the dispute and they would resend the unit I ordered. I haven't heard from them since. I have reached out three times for a follow up, and have yet to hear back. I do not appreciate it at all. Especially in the economy we live in! Playing with people's money is a disgrace! I am also a business owner, and customer service is key! Never again! 0/10 will not recommend! Save your money queens! ****!

    The product of hair is very appealing, so I place and order for two wigs. It states will ship in 3 to 7 days. After 3 weeks of waiting and the order # nor track # worked I wrote the company to cancel my order. I received the items took the product straight to the post office I paid ***** so Unice would get the product on third day. I've email this company several times and I have not received my refund yet. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company poor service. The product isn't cheap

    I purchased a wig on 5/14 paid a total of $238.24 that's including the $35.00 for express delivery. Received a email on 5/16 that my order had been shipped and my tracking number. I go to check the status of my order and it's been in transit in ******* since 5/16 with no other scan. Reach out to the company with many emails and calls just to get the run around. I even open a investigation with my **** and they also don't know whats going on with my package. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this company and now that I'm asking for a refund I have been ghosted, my emails have been blocked and no available customer service agents are available. This is ridiculous and poor business this company needs to be shut down. I have now filed a transaction dispute with my bank to handle a ********* since 5/16 my order has been in transit in *******, ******* and has no other scans and on 5/28 I still have no package!

    Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated Worst Experience Ever: Money Taken, No Product Delivered I ordered from UNice Hair over two months ago, and I still have not received my items. To make matters worse, they are now falsely claiming that I received the package, which is completely untrue. Ive provided proof and reached out multiple times, but they have been uncooperative and dismissive.Their customer service is terribleyou can't call them, only text, and they barely respond unless it suits them. Ive been left fighting for my money and my time, and they continue to ignore my concerns.UNice Hair has shown no accountability, refused a refund, and lied about the delivery. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly advise others not to buy from them. Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk.

    I have tried every method of contacting this company (WhatsApp, text messages, emails, online chat) regarding my order and I have not gotten a response through ANY of them.I placed an order on 3/1/2025; the has not shipped and it still shows as "processing". If you go to the product page, it says that you can get that specific wig as soon as the next day.I want answers and a refund!

    I ordered a wig on 1/26/25 and received it on 2/10/25. Website/App state you will RECEIVE your wig in 3-5 business days but then Unice acted like I dont understand processing, that made it take 3 extra weeks. The reality was, they didnt have it in stock. I had ordered from them before and it went a lot better. Luckily I could see via ****** that I would most likely receive my wig after 2/7 because they have to be honest about dates on ******. I honestly started to think I had gotten scammed. I contacted customer service and was sent me the same automatic email reply 3 times. I went so far as to file a dispute because I was so concerned I had been scammed. After I filed the dispute, Unice created a shipping label on 2/1. In the end, I did receive the wig and am satisfied. I also noticed that they do not allow any reviews that do not paint them in a glowing light so you cannot rely on the reviews at all. The product was satisfactory and I wish it had been a positive experience so that I could order more. Communication wouldve been key.

    How many is expensive and worthless for no reason I ordered a specific hair piece from them. They sent me something totally different. The wrong size the wrong style theyve done nothing but argue with me over it and I spent $128 and they turned around and didnt compensate me and insulted me by telling me finally they would send me $40 And spend more money on a hairstylist to freestyle the hair face. I looked. like a fool at my daughters wedding because thats why I ordered their piece didnt have a choice but to wear it.

    I made a purchase of 2 wigs back in the beginning of September I ended up not liking one of them so I sent it back on the 24th. Keep in mind I ordered through ******. When I returned it ****** confirmed the tracking number and all. Unice never responded. Even to this day November 18th. Now I still own ****** an outstanding balance and I dont even have the product. None of unice contact number work and no one replies to emails. This is badddd business!! Check the BBB if you dont believe me. FYI: make sure you want funky straight before you order. This is the reason I returned my wig

    0/5 I ordered a wig they claimed it was sold out then asked if I wanted another wig (mind you they still have not listed the wig as sold out) I then was asked if I wanted another wig and when I told them which one they never responded back!!!!!!!!!!!!
