    This company is fraudulent. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, which required an additional $20 delivery fee. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day (and still haven't received them the day after Mother's Day). Called customer support and they said they can't refund because the flowers have already been shipped. When I put in the tracking number, ****** says that the shipper has yet to take the flowers to their 3rd party shipper. They are lying. Do not purchase any flowers, or anything, from this company.

    If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Their website looks legit but seems like the order was assembled from someone's garage. I ordered flowers with macarons for my mom's bday, paid $100 + $20 shipping and said it would be delivered by that date. Why would a company deliver fresh flowers and ship via ****? My mom received the flowers a week after her bday and they are wilted. The macarons came cracked and in pieces and the order wasn't assembled as pictured. The label on the package was also wrong. They put my name as the recipient and someone else's name (probably who assembled it from their garage) as the sender. And no, they don't provide refunds! Do not order from them!!
