    Merchandise that was ordered: Pink long sleeve v-neck $28.99 Sku DTAE1267; V-neck sequined print top $33.99 Sku DTAE2479; Christmas tree design round neck casual T-shirt $27.99 Sku DTAE2590. Was told order on the was in transit on 12/14/24 and a **** tracking number provided: ******************************. Made first company e-mail explaining there shipping problem on 1/3/25. **** was contacted 1/4/25 and told no package had been delivered to there facility for shipment. Company in question is the Azzlee clothing company. I could not find any kind of home office address or phone number. Only on-line ordering and contacts

    I ordered Christmas Gifts for my wife online from ***** Website. ALL Items were showing "In Stock"! Upon checking out, I was given the opportunity to select 3-7 days Expedited Shipping at an additional Charge. I agreed and they ask for "Immediate Payment" with credit card. I ordered on 12/14/2024, thinking 3-7 days at the latest would having it arriving 12/21/2024. On 12/18/2024 as you can see, I inquired about my oder. Enclosed the replies back and forth. ALL, Initiated by ME! I was first told, one of your items is outta stock, so we weren't sure what to do with the rest of the order? Really? I had an epiphany, Why don't we ask the CUSTOMER?! OR, ship what's available as not to ruin the entire Christmas, with a courtesy email offering an option to cancel to ship when available! Nonetheless, after several emails explaining that these are in fact Christmas Gifts and ship all the others and cancel the outta stock item. I was then emailed back stating, Now we are not are they'll get there for Christmas! I explained I purchased the expedited shipping, overnight it if you have to, this delay is not the fault of anything I did wrong! I followed your instructions! If that's not all, to add insult to injury, They told me I'd have to wait 3-15 days for my refund and "IF" I don't hear anything in 30 days, "EMAIL" them and let them know, REALLY? I paid you people immediately! Refund me Immediately! Why di your customers have to wait for something we did nothing wrong? Not to mention, I need that money to go buy other replacement gifts! Now, I can't because of this garbage! Please help me get my "IMMEDIATE REFUND"! I don't want anything other than what's right and due to me! This is absolutely wrong and unacceptable!

    I place an order for 4 clothing items throughout their web site size small the items received were label small but they were extra large, I reach out to them asking for exchange. I received an email saying that they need copy of the label, I send them screen shots of the labels. I received an email saying that they can not read the numbers in the labels. I scanned the labels and uploaded them to my computer making sure they were perfectly readable. They replied that they can not read the labels and can not proceed with the claim.

    November 2, 2024 ****** full refund they are giving me the run around asking for ridiculous things. photos or packaging, codes, tags, etc. .i uploaded all of their correspondence == once each day they respond to me in the early morning hours and never send me a return mailing label. please help with this.     Bought coat ***** want full amount refunded to card used but they are not willing to do so also making it hard for me to deal with situation

    September 13th . I followed the rules described in email for returns. I purchased 3 dresses and paid $129.00 for them and need to return them but got no further information on the address to send them back.

    I am trying to return items . The items are cheaply made and I can not get an answer from the AZZLEE company for an address to return the items and get my money returned.

    The original date of my inquiry to return purchased items was on August 13, 2024. They would not give me return details such as address of where to return items. They tried to offer me gift cards several times. I finally agreed to a gift card but then it wouldn't work. It was obviously a fraudulant code they gave me. I tried to make the complaint in ** but couldn't. I tracked down the BBB in ********** saying Azzlee has many coplaints against them and this link was present, so I clicked it on. I want a refund for at the minimum the 3 items I tried to return but ultimately the 4 items I purchased. That fourth item was not as advertised but I said I'd keep it. This has been emotionally exhausting and very upsetting. I have spent so much time on it.

    Ordered top for my granddaughter on August 2nd. Never delivered. Tracking info shows it was never picked up by ***** No response from Azzlee customer service.
