5 starsWeve been using iPlum for about a year now at our medical practice. We needed something *****-compliant that could handle communication for both our remote and in-office team. We tried a few other options, but iPlum ended up being the one that worked best for us.The secure texting and calling features have been super helpful. We can talk to patients without sharing our personal numbers, and its easy to direct messages or calls to the right person. The call recording and logs are also great for staying organized and on top of compliance.Its also nice that it works well on both mobile and desktop. Our team uses a mix of devices and everyone picked it up pretty quicklyno big learning curve or weird glitches. And since its all cloud-based, we dont have to worry about losing info if someone switches phones or works from a different location.The biggest plus is that our patients like it too. Having a dedicated number makes things feel more professional, and they know how to reach us without needing anyones personal phone.Highly recommend to any healthcare provider, clinic, or solo looking for a practical solution!iPlum, Inc.

1 starBlackmailed by iplum after 3 years of advertising our business phone number! We were so excited when we got our company phone number (833)HAPPYFL! After 3 years of service and on time monthly payments our account was abruptly dissolved on the same day iplum took our payment and began blackmailing us for more and more money in order to keep our company phone number. It is on all of our vehicles, advertisements, business cards,websites, social media, everything! Our messages begging them to tell us what was happening were ignored. They said that if we paid over twice as much as what our bill was that they would reinstate our account but that was a lie. Every time we paid more money out of desperation because we needed to be able to communicate with our clients it was a lie. At one point they said that they shut off our service because we initiated a chargeback. We consulted with our bank and they confirmed that there was no charge back and that Iplum was blackmailing us. Finally I just gave up because we were losing so much money. We are now paying to repaint all of our vehicles and change all of our websites and social media and contact all of our clients all over ******* and tell them what Iplum did to us explaining why we no longer answer our phone. Iplum is still sending us the same messages saying that they will give us our phone service back if we pay more money.. But if they didn't reinstate it after we paid them two times the amount of what our bill was they're never going to do it especially after it's already been so long and they have lied to us over and over again. When we have calculated all the money we have lost from their unethical illegal business practices we will make sure we are compensated by Iplum for all of our losses. Our phone number was very important to us and a part of our company's brand. We are devastated that iplum would do this!iPlum, Inc.

It gives us the opportunity to further warn any unsuspecting business owner that is just trying to build their dream and is considering doing business with iPlum. It is no coincidence that iPlum started extorting money from us just weeks after we finally got our ****** Business Page advertising our phone number after all of these years. They knew that it was more important than ever that we kept our phone number and how devastating it would be to the business if we lost it. Of course we would do everything we could to keep it. Please don't make the same mistake we did! iPlum, as discussed, That is a 100% lie. Our service hadn't been working for several days before you shut off our business's phone completely on June 5th and took my payment out of my account with no problems on the regular payment date June 6th. And per our agreement and the law, you are required to notify us in advance before you shut off our phone service halting business operations and giving us no way to access our account or retrieve our ongoing text message conversations or our saved voicemails and contacts; in addition to not being able to send or receive calls or texts from our current and perspective clients anymore.And as discussed, you are responsible for all damages to my business and all costs incurred as a result of your unethical and illegal actions that you are coincidentally continuing to accumulate by fraudulently saying that our credit card was fraudulent.Please refer to our last email refusing your offer, after you realized you would be unable to continue to extort more money from us, to refund us for all of the extra money you made us pay to try and keep our phone number while you were lying to us and saying that you would reinstate our account but instead kept demanding more money. 1 starDisruption in service without notice! Terrible customer service. On two occasions I have lost the ability to send messages to patients (which I rely on for scheduling purposes). This happened in 2023 without notice due to text registration requirements by the carrier. I was able to pay $2.99/month to have the service restored.Again I lost texting capabilities this week without notice. It took over 24 hours to receive a return email (there is no customer support phone number or text option). I was told they sent an email on 9/13/24 to notify me that the carrier discontinued the $2.99/month plan. I NEVER received the email.I now have to wait 5-15 business days for service to be restored???!!!In addition, my incoming calls are often dropped and I do not receive voicemail messages in a timely manner.iPlum, Inc.

1 starThey are holding my number ******! This company is costing me endless time, missed calls and lost revenue! The service used to be ok, but then a charge was applied to be able to text. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere....Except there is no one to speak to and an endless stream of emails just giving me lip service, with my number still being unable to be ported over.******* can't get an answer from them either. I have sent multiple emails, paid to have my number released (RIDICULOUS!!!), and now will have to change my business #, reset all my contacts, get all new business cards = COSTING ME MORE $$$!!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!Do NOT get sucked in by their supposed cheap service because that's what you will get!I am giving it a little more time, with the hope they will release my number and/or actually respond to ******* in regards to the port requests.I will update here, either way.iPlum, Inc.

1 starThey are the absolute worst! I was trying to port my numbers over, and they said they could, but they could not. They charged me for a phone number that I did not want and that did not even work, and they refused to give me my money back. I DID NOT EVEN USE THEIR PRODUCT, and they will not give me a refund. There is no phone number to call to speak with, and you must "wait" for someone to email you back. I have been frauded, and I have no faith in the legitimacy of this company. And now I must take my time to report this to my bank for fraud as well. I am beyond irritated and frustrated. I belong to a franchise, and I will be sure to let EVERYONE know to NEVER go with this company because they are fakes that just steal people's money.iPlum, Inc.
