    I purchased an umbrella stand from Apollo Box on July 6, 2024. The company estimated that delivery would be between July 24 and August 2. As of November 16, 2024, I have not received the umbrella stand and it is still marked as "order received" on the Customer Order View; it has not progressed to "Vendor processing," "en route to Apollo warehouse," "received by Apollo warehouse" or "shipped."I emailed the company on August 2 and was told by "*******," "Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I am so sorry for the delay as the vendor received higher than usual volume of orders. I asked the vendor to expedite it for you. Thanks for your patience."On August 20 I emailed asking for a tracking number. "*******" replied: "Apologies for the delay; your order hasn't shipped yet. I'll expedite the process right away. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Thank you!"On August 21, I wrote, "I was already told two weeks ago that it was shipping within 3-5 business days. Please tell me the date that it is going to ship. I am concerned that I am being scammed." "*******" replied: "I understand your concern, and I assure you that you are not being scammed. Your package has not been shipped yet. I am so sorry for the delay as the vendor received higher than usual volume of orders. We are doing our best to send it out. If it's too late for you, we can issue a refund. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." I emailed on August 22, and September 5 asking for tracking information and did not receive a response. On Sept. 22, Oct 11, and Nov 16 I asked for a refund. No one has responded since August 21.

    I purchased a table in April 2024 online from their website. took 2 months for it to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong table. Contacted asked for a full refund. Took many attempts to get them to send me a shipping label. Shipped it back mid - June, via ***** 1ZC2A6469030190869). They received it July 2, 2024. No refund. Asked over email many times. They would take forever to respond, then say "We are processing, you will see in a few business days" A month later no refund. Disreputable at least. and I think fraudulent business. Other reviews points to a predatory type merchant.

    - 6/7/2024 date of transaction - 6/28/2024 date of order received When I made this order, it showed a completely different item than the item that they sent me, I ordered a Model kit that was created by Bandai they sent me a completely different order that was a model kit however it was created by Revoltech. This order also came damaged in the box. I filed a claim on their website, which states if I send a picture of the product damage they will send me a return shipping label and or refund me for the product. The company messaged me back stating that it was the correct product that I received and has not sent me a label to ship the item back or have a refund for the item, after I stated that I want to send the item back because it is in fact, not the item that I ordered or that they had displayed on the website. They have yet to contact me back and I have also called 3 to 4 times leaving a voicemail twice and yet no return. Phone call.

    I played an order on April 29. Apollo Box sent a confirmation that I would receive the product between May 16 and May 29. Apollo Box charged my debit card.On May 17, I received a text message stating that my requested item is not in stock, and that if I did not resound within two days, I would receive a replacement item. I responded immediately that I do not want the replacement item and would like a refund. I have not received any confirmation that Apollo Box will issue a refund.

    The product arrived damaged, and Apollo Box told me that I need to pay for the return in order to get a refund. It was advertised as a designer trash bin, but is only 1/4 inch thick and glued together at the seams.

    I am a 70 year-old retired kindergarten teacher who who earned ****** reward ***** with a *********** credit card. This was equivalent to a dollar value of $479 for travel purchases. *********** advertises on its webpage that the miles never expire as long as you do not Close your account and keep it in good standing. *********** does not indicate what it means by good standing. I live half the year in ********** and half the year in *******. Mail is forwarded between the two states. I just discovered that *********** closed my account because of lack of activity with the card. I spoke to two members of the customer Solutions team at *********** who said they sent a letter to me in September indicating there was A lack of activity on the account. That letter was sent to ********** at a time we were in *******. We never received the letter. Had we received it we certainly would have made a purchase with the card or redeemed our miles for an airline ticket to keep the account active. *********** said this was the only Notification that was sent; there was no other letter, email,or phone call. When I requested that the miles be reinstated, I was told I had no recourse and the miles were permanently forfeited. Both agents said an appeal or escalation was not possible. I would like a replacement of the miles or the equivalent in cash. My account Number was ****************. the expiration date was 05/26 and the security code was 658.     I purchased a rug that is not technically "defective," but it is completely different than what was advertised in the photo, which I can prove. I requested an RA and they refuse to provide one without proof that it is defective. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times, and the employee refused. I have continued to ask and she finally sent the e-mail to a supervisor, but it has been weeks and I still have not heard from anyone. I have called or emailed every day and there is still no resolution.

    I purchased an item from this company and never received the item. They dont answer their customer service number, but they responded to my email saying that my item was on the way, and sent me a tracking number that can not be confirm! The package supposed to be somewhere in transit but they can not tell either where! I asked for a refund back and they sent me another email apologizing and promising that they will resend another package but have not done yet!

    I give this company 1 star since I received my package. However its the worse customer service ever. I received my package it was cheaply made and not the correct size. I immediately reached out to them the same day I received it. Sent them photos etc. They contacted me back stating that I am measuring incorrect, I replied back informing them that the quality isnt good and that my husband measured with a tape measure. I informed them that it was wrapped back up taped and ready for shipping and I requested the return information for the 2nd time.They took 2days and responded back requesting pics again. By this time Im ****** because I had already provided pics showing them the product so I then responded with a photo showing it was ready to be returned well guess what they refused to give me the information for return. Giving me excuses I informed them that I would be shipping it back and Im requesting my refund. The same day, I was at *** shipping it back to the address on their website WHICH I PAID $65 to return it. I sent them the tracking information and photos and they replied back all of a sudden immediately saying this is not our warehouse address and then NOW provided me the address for the return. Stating if I didnt return it to the warehouse I wouldnt receive a refund. I contacted *** and had them update the address. Sent yet another message showing them the tracking update. I tracked the package and received the confirmation of delivery from ***. The Apollo box rep replied that the package was received and I would receive my refund. Well I havent received that refund yet. Its been a month. I will never do business with them again and Im sharing this on ALL PLATFORMS OF SOCIAL MEDIA. Do Not Purchase from this company.

    The company advertises a Target Threshold replacement plate, listed as peacock green dinnerware on their website. But it has a Target logo on the back of the plate, has the name ************* (same name as the real Target plates), however it is a completely different shade of green than the actual Target plates. It is fraudulent and grossly overpriced merchandise and the company refuses to give me a refund. The company also claims they use a different manufacturer than Target as an explanation for why it is a different color. So they openly admit to creating fraudulent merchandise.
