I purchased from AliExpress on 23 June 2025.I didn't receive it, And that attempt that it's delivered.The seller on this website sent to me a message on 24 June tell me that my address is wrong, I told him that it's correct, I received a lot of orders to it with no single problem.The seller sent to me another message on 25 June tell me that the shipping will delay for 3-10 days. After that message i ordered to cancel it from AliExpress but they didn't and give the seller the right to accept it or no.On 26 June the seller provided a ***** tracking number proof that the oreder shipped on 23 June and delivered on 24 June!I filled a complaint because i didn't receive anything.The seller provided a proof of delivery using **** not ***** as he provided, AliExpress didn't pay attention to it and ordered from me to proof that i didn't receive my package!.The ***** tracking number on thier website or APP contain an official proof of delivery contain another name, doesn't contain my address just the town, But they didn't pay attention for it *******'s clearly a scam and AliExpress has a ropotic replies doesn't solve the problem, And at the end they refused my evidence and telling me that you had to contact with the courier company. And when i contacted ***** on ******** messenger they said that the address on this shipment doesn't match my address. But AliExpress always asks a proof with specific rules i can't get it, And ignoring the seller fake evidence.Initial Complaint

For order ****************, I want to return it. When I open the return request, it shows me the return is for free. But after I submitted the request, it showed me I need to pay the overseas shipping fee. Due to I cannot ship it overseas in my area, I contacted the customer service and ask for a pre-paid shipping label or any other solutions. So the customer service opened a ticket for me ****************, but after that, they still asked me to return it at my own cost and do the overseas shipping. I brought a doll from AliExpress app on June 3rd and was promise a delivery date of June 14th-24th or a full refund would be issued . The item didnt ship until June ***** thats nearly 2 weeks they took after I continued to try and cancel the order and get a refund multiple times during rhis 2 week period I was continually denied a refund of $55.58 . They even discontinued the listing , this platform is such a scam and is to the seller advantage at all times , *** went to their customer service about this order atleast 5 times . The last tracking update I received on this package was on June 15 stating shipment is on the way . Its now almost 5 days pass delivery they havent given me a refund nor an exact date of delivery for the package. I will attach as many screenshots for proof as I can below this app needs to be shut down they told me if the package doesnt arrive by august 10th Ill be able to get a refund thats unbelievable and unacceptable I want a full refund and this app needs to be investigated for selling replica copyrights major retail fashion brand itemsInitial Complaint

On June 8, 2025 I purchased a product, 64pcs 3/8" Socket Set,Drive Impact Socket Set, SAE/Metric, *************** Cr-V Steel, 6 Point with Adapters, 72T Ratchet Handle, Order ID: **************** from Aliexpress.com for $47.29. I never received the product so I contacted their support group through a chat. Since I never received the product and hadn't heard from the seller as to why I never received it, the Aliexpress AE said I would receive a total refund of $62.99 to account for a price increase. On June 19, 2025 I received a refund in the amount of $47.29 from the seller and was supposed to receive a coupon for the balance of $***** from Aliexpress. I've been contacting them for a week and I've been receiving what seems to be automated responses that do not answer my question as to why I haven't received it. They've tried to tell me that I received it and it expired, but I've sent them a screenshot from their Expired Coupons page to prove it was never issued. I've spoken to 10 different chat agents and after their recent emails, I concluded they are not going to issue the coupon they committed to do. Below is what I received through their chat system showing I should have received the ***** coupon. Ordered 4 items from them in May and on June 14th I received an empty bag from the post office. I took photos and made a video showing the package and opening it with nothing. Filed a claim with them immediately to have items resent but was told I would get a refund instead. After about a week I was told they will only refund me $6.40 of my $30 order. I have spoken with multiple customer service **** and all of them state I should receive a full refund because the items were missing and I provided evidence, I contacted the seller who stated the refund is coming, but the department giving the refund will only refund me 20%. There has been 3 appeal cases and Im told I will receive the refund by a care *** and then denied by next person. I ordered 10 items and only received half of my order I reached out to the aliexpress and they refunded the card I used but I do not own the card so I do not know how it was on my account and when I asked them to refund it to a voucher they keep giving me the run around I've talked to like 6 different people and they are giving me the same robotic line oh we will escalate to a higher up and then when I get the email from the higher up its the same email like 20 times I just want my 5 items or a voucher because I do not own the card that was on file and I removed it so now I can't even use it and I am beyond frustrated and when I said I was going to file a complaint they said oh we are sorry your. ***** and will tell them about the payment issue and then the generic emailInitial Complaint

Hello, On 6/3/25 I purchased an item for $2.13. I received the incorrect item on 6/12/25. I've spoken to their customer service multiple times requesting a refund with no resolution. I've provided pictures. I've marked my refund request as "wrong item was sent" but they keep telling me it's marked "not received". I just want a refund, because I did not receive the correct item. Their customer service has been giving me bot-like replies and seems to not understand the issue.
