    My name is Tahliya *******, and I am filing this complaint against AliExpress for failing to issue a refund for Order #**************** despite my compliance with their return policy.I purchased a wig from AliExpress on July 24, 2025, for $98.94, paid through Afterpay. The item was returned in brand-new, unused condition within the required return period. I have provided AliExpress with **** tracking proof showing the package was delivered to the seller.Despite providing valid evidence, AliExpress has denied my refund without justification and closed my dispute. I have contacted them multiple times, but they continue to ignore the facts and refuse to resolve the issue.I am now being held financially responsible for a product I no longer possess and have already returned properly.Requested Resolution:A full refund of $98.94 to my original payment method.Confirmation that my Afterpay payments are cleared for this transaction.I am also filing a complaint with the *** and have informed Afterpay of this dispute.

    I initiated a return through AliExpress' website because the item that I received was not as pictured on AliExpress website. There's no black on the sleeves, the *** logo (which the product is counterfeit and it's not really from ***) is placed up higher near the neckline, and the color is a light faded purple/black - instead of a brilliant dark purple/black. As well, the fit is loose and sloppy, nothing like how a jersey is supposed to fit and it is very cheaply made. AliExpress accepted my return request and said that I had to pay for shipping costs upfront, but that they would be refunded back once the seller had received the item. I had to upload the tracking number (LH253383086US), along with proof of the amount that I paid. The seller received the item and AliExpress refunded me $11.01 back for the cost of the item, but now they are refusing to refund me the $19.90 that I had to pay in return shipping costs. Their customer service person said that they did not refund costs because the buyer decided that they didn't want the item, I pointed out that it wasn't an issue that I didn't want the item, it was that the item was not as described/pictured. When the customer service person reviewed my initial return request, they agreed with me, but said they had to pass it along to their superiors for review, and they just now denied refunding me the shipping costs that I'm rightfully owed. There are a lot of screenshots of the conversation regarding this item with the customer service person (I apologize that they're not in mumerical order, but I submitted them in order that they occurred after I realized that I forgot to screenshot the first portion of the conversation. I also have another claim that I filed against them yesterday, where they are refusing to refund me for either of the two items returned or the return shipping costs because I didn't return the original items back (and funny enough, **** says that the package is still at Customs in *****).

    On 5 May 2023, I placed an order on AliExpress for goods totaling $69.18. The seller, through AliExpress, committed to deliver the product to my address in ************; however, the package was cancelled in transit and never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including opening a dispute with AliExpress and contacting customer service, I have not received the goods or a refund. AliExpress continues to request proof of non-receipt from the logistics companies, but the shipping companies have confirmed they cannot provide this due to the age of the package and lack of tracking information. The seller has not responded, and AliExpress has not offered any reliable solution. The issue has persisted for over two years, and I am requesting assistance from a consumer protection body to obtain my refund for the undelivered goods.

    On April 22, 2025, I placed an order through AliExpress (Order No: ****************). According to ***** tracking (ID: *************, the package was marked as delivered at my doorstep. However, when I arrived home, the package was missing, and my security camera did not capture any delivery. The gate was left open, which is unusual, and I strongly believe the package was either misdelivered or stolen after ***** left it.I immediately contacted *****, but they stated they could not provide the undelivered certificate that AliExpress requested. I have repeatedly reached out to AliExpress customer service with documentation (including ***** proof of delivery and photos) but their responses continue to demand a document that ***** has confirmed they cannot issue. Despite my good faith efforts, AliExpress has refused to resolve the matter or issue a refund.The amount in dispute is [enter your total here], and I have been waiting for months without resolution. I am requesting the assistance of the BBB in facilitating a refund from AliExpress, as I never received the product I paid for.

    On July 31, 2025, I received two items and they did not fit, so I chose to return them because per AliExpress, they allow free return shipping. Initially, in the return, they said that they would provide the shipping label, but as I got further into the return, then I was told that I had to pay return shipping out of pocket and they would reimburse me for it. That shipping cost me $32.05. I did through **** and also have tracking for it. Apparently, it has been stuck in Customs in ***** since August 12, 2025. I just went in today and see that AliExpress has decided not to issue a refund now - THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. AliExpress needs to reimburse me for the return shipping and for the two items that I returned since it is stuck in *****, no longer in ***** possession and so they're no longer the ones handling the shipping, it is *****. Between the refund of the 2 items ($38.08) and the return shipping ($32.05), I am owed back a total of $70.13.

    Not sure why this company is so dishonest. I purchased many items last year (approximately 45 items mainly watches) that were scheduled to be delivered before Christmas. All were delivered days, and some even weeks after Christmas. I chatted with dozens of their customer service agents afterwards trying to return my items for a refund since they were no longer needed and everytime the agents said no worries, you'll be able to return your items for a refund and upper mgt was handling the problem. After the conversations I would receive emails saying I couldn't return the merchandise for a refund. They play sick games giving bad service and then have their agents lie about refunds. A couple weeks ago I went back and made another purchase for the first time since then. 2 amplifiers for $255.85. The delivery dates originally said August 21st-29th. I messaged the seller right after purchasing saying I would need my items on time. Tracking shows that the items still haven't even been shipped. I've attempted to cancel the order plenty of times. It took awhile and a few different times to click the cancel button for the screen to even show that I was attempting to cancel the order. Afterwards it stated that the seller had 48 hours to reply to my cancelation which hasn't happened. This is a very dishonest company that gives customers the runaround when they want their money back. If they didn't even ship the order then the refund process should be simple.

    On Jun/01/2025 I placed order from Ali ******* for item with order ID ****************. The total amount I paid was $15.43. The company committed free shipping. However, I was charged $25.25 by *** when it was delivered. Upon consulting, their agent told me to pay the $25.25 and get full refund using their dispute procedure. However, they kept denying my dispute until it was elevated up to their higher team. After a month, their higher team promised to refund me in the form of coupon and claimed it will be issued within 10 business days. However I havent received anything so far and they refused to reply any of my follow up emails.

    I am a consumer from *****. In August 2017, I purchased renovation services on Taobao/Tmall from ********************I paid a deposit online, then was induced to pay the full fee offline.The merchant disappeared and the renovation was left unfinished.Many other victims also paid large amounts, and a national victims rights group with hundreds of members has been ******************* customer service repeatedly refused responsibility, saying they have no authority to handle compensation.
