    I purchased a Ryzen 5 7600x from AMD from *******. I immediately ran into issues. I narrowed it down to the processor. I tried all the troubleshooting steps there was. I even contacted the chat and got an RMA set up which the case is ********. The chat person refused to send me an advanced replacement. I explain I built the Pc for my daughter who has cancer. I asked for a replacement to be sent to me with a return label so I could use the box the replacement comes in to send this one back. They said no. All I want is a replacement for my daughter.

    AMD Support | 3326107,It has been a long time ago, I requested a callback from the supervisor thousand of times but they never give me a call back, I ordered a GPU on AMD, it was arrived defective so I return as refund but it end lost during the shipment, they claimed they issued the refund for me, but there is no evidence that shows the money went to my bank, and I never received these money back at all

    I bought a ryzen 9 7950x3D for the only reason that I changed ***** for ryzen is that there was a promotion at the time of purchase that if you bought the ryzen you would get the AMD Avatar bundle because I decided to buy the product, the product took about 1 time to arrive at my house 2 weeks after that I try to change the code of the bundle and it says that it is expired so AMD says that the promotion has ended which says coupon is expires I want my product or AMD will return the money I spent buying the processor now I cannot return it since 15 days have already passed and due to the best buy policy it is only 15 days AMD is selling its products based on lies

    Hello,For the case#******** the agent "pratap" is refusing to let me speak to his manager. and he keeps telling me call the general customer service number which routed me to someone who did not speak proper english and he was mumbling and then hung up on me. this issue is regarding both updates 24.1 and 24.2 not keeping my tuning settings and the stress tests says"finishing up" but never gets to success or failure screen. see video **************************** I have tweeted them,emailed them,called them and still no resolution. they also have many complaints about the 24.2 software here on reddit :************************************************************************************************************************************* would appreciate a contact from an executive and not a outsourced call center agent and to fix t hese issues

    I have a PC issue that after 30 mins of gaming it crashes ..Ive done everything AMD has asked me wih updates and various tests and everything and it still crashes ...Now HP blames AMD and AMD blames HP .......I just want a new gpu

    I bought a brand new pre built computer from cyberpower, I spent a lot of money to invest in the new am5 platform with a ryzen ****x cpu, the amd wraith prism cpu cooler is making a rattling high buzzing sound at higher rpm's, They told me to contact AMD, I contacted AMD and it has been a nightmare fighting for a replacement. I have been an AMD loyal customer for decades, from ********** and Phenom days to the ryzen days, I cannot imagine being treated like this over a simple $20 cpu cooler, After fighting for a rma, they then expect me to ship my wraith prism cpu cooler from ****** internationally which would be more than the price of the cooler itself! Please refer to AMD Case#{00319438 and RMA# ********** I do not think I should have had to fight for an rma in the first place, and I am certainly not about to spend more to ship a $20 wraith prism cooler internationally, I cannot believe after decades of loyalty I am treated like this, and I regret going to the new am5 platform, maybe I should have went with ****** As a goodwill gesture for all the hassle and "fight" with customer service, I would expect a replacement wraith prism cooler to be shipped to me at no cost or other expectations on my part...
