    We called them up because our AC wasn't cooling. The person came and charged $99 as diagnostic fee (which is fine, they said they would) and said that there was no refrigerant. They need to perform a leak test for which they charged another $500. During this visit, the technician said they did not find any leak and had no idea why the system was empty of refrigerant. The technician was also about the leave our premises by keeping some of our tubes exposed. Note: They had cut open the insulation to test for leaks, but forgot about fixing it back up. Then they said they need another $900 to refill the system. At this point I started getting suspicious because no other company agreed to do refrigerant recharge before understanding the problem, yet this company had no issues in doing so. I asked multiple times to understand why the system was empty and they said 'don't know'. I still trusted them and let them recharge the system and then the ac worked for about a month and stopped. At this point I called in another company and they said that compressor had been broken for months. When I called back FUSE, they conveniently said that the compressor was working then and it must have broken now in the past month and I find that ridiculous. How does a compressor breaks down in a month, beats me, especially when the system wasn't being used. I'm seeking a refund of diagnostic fees of $99 and $500 with a total of $600 since they were unable to diagnose the problem. If they're ethical, they should also return the recharge fees that they charged, but I'm not gonna push for it since they did end up using some parts for it.

    Thank you for your request. We have refunded the customer the full amount, and he received it at the end of July. Could you please check with him? He mentioned that he would remove the complaint, but it appears he has not done so yet. Additionally, he initially posted a 1-star review on our Yelp page, which he later upgraded to 3 stars, although he had promised to remove it entirely.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will also mention that I was pretty clear to them that I will 'correct' the Yelp review, not remove it. I don't think it's ethical to remove a review, especially after the experience I had with them. I had to file a complaint with BBB and leave an honest review on yelp to get them to respond to me. If this is how they expect to provide quality service, it's wrong. Before filing a complaint, I had reached out to them to give them an opportunity to correct their mistake, but they didn't.

    Business was contacted by my home warranty company to fix my refrigerator. Business delayed getting in the diagnostic of my refrigerator which delayed ordering the part. We are 2 weeks in and still no resolve and no refrigerator with a small child in the home. Company called 6/15/23 and stated they would be at my home 6/16/23 to fix and no call no show. I called the company and they stated they would not be able to come today to fix and would call back with an update. This company has been giving me the runaround for 2 weeks and again still no fix to our refrigerator
