      They shouldn't even get 1 star! This is a fake company. Almost 100% sure I've been scammed out of $360 dollars! No tech showed up for our scheduled install and now there is no way of getting in contact with anyone at the company! They took advantage of my family! It's impossible to trust anyone these days. I have left multiple messages with ZERO response! Do not use this company!

      This company doesn’t replace windows they subcontract other windshield replacement companies don’t use them use a real glass replacement company was quoted $370 for windshield and installation they ended up charging me $529 and it hasn’t been installed yet the company they contacted still hasn’t installed my window the appointment time came and went. $150 increase from quote and I’m still waiting. They are a middleman and their quotes are far from the actual price. Just contact a real window replacement company WINDSHIELDSTOGO isn’t anything but a contracting agency. They didnt even come close to honoring their quoted price and would have been cheaper at any of the local glass replacement places.

      Made the appointment, they authorized credit card, 9am-1pm install time. No call no show! At the minimum a courtesy call confirming the install the day of, and certainly a call if they are not going to make the scheduled window. Wasted my time and day.

      I was quoted a price for new windshield of $307 dollars installed tomorrow morning. The tech called and said I could have the windshield installed this afternoon instead. The tech also said that I needed a rain sensor for extra cost and a new rubber seal. I don't need a new rubber seal or the rain sensor since it comes attached to the new windshield from the factory.. He then said the new price would be $366. I have had my windshield replaced 7 times over the years for this same car. I know for a fact that all the windshields for my Mercedes year and model, come with a rain sensor built into the glass. There is no glue on sensor sold for my windshield regardless of the brand. I hate being scammed and will never buy another windshield from Windshields to go.
