      I attended the air show on Saturday at Nellis. I bought two of your "box seat" tickets, totaling $165.00 I am emailing you to request our money back, as you made it impossible for us to use our seats. Prior to our attending, I contact Nellis directly to ask about the seating and whether our children's wagon could accompany us to our seats. Kids 3 and under were free, so we bought two seats. Nellis directed me to choose an aisle with only two seats so I could have the wagon next to me. They literally said "wagons and strollers are permitted". My daughter is autistic and has anemia and being able to lie down is important for her. I bought the two tickets and brought our wagon. Upon entering the seating area I was told I could not have the wagon with me, that I would have to leave it behind the seats. Well I couldn't do that. I explained that I called Nellis who assured me that I could bring my wagon with me and the woman working the entrance told me that "Nellis doesnt sell the seats". My daughter uses that wagon for disability purposes. So instead I had to move from row D to row X, which was pointless as you couldnt see anything. I couldnt leave my toddler daughter in a wagon behind me safely so I moved my husband and my chair back, making room for the wagon in front of me. There was no one sitting anywhere near me. No one behind us, no one in front of us. There were tons of open rows and open seats. The wagon did not impede the pathway or harm anyone else's view. It took no more space than the millions of camera stands that you guys didn't have a problem with and yet I was told I couldn't do that either. That I had to have the wagon behind me still. It made absolutely no sense. It was an arbitrary rule that was not posted anywhere and was not enforced fairly. Why some people could have camera stands completely blocking others, but parents were not able to have their babies with them, makes no sense. You discriminated solely against parents and that is wrong.
