Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns – Products designated on the Site asnon-returnable are not subject to returns or refunds. We can only offer refundsand exchanges for mattresses within a period of 100 nights from the date ofpurchase of your mattress (“100 Night Trial”). All return shipping andhandling charges approved in writing by us on mattresses during the 100 NightTrial are our responsibility. Please note that mattress returns are notaccepted at our warehouses. If you return a mattress to us without priorwritten approval from us, we will NOT reimburse you for any shipping chargesyou personally incur, and we may return the mattress to you at your own cost,risk and expense. You may only return one (1) mattress per household orshipping address. Any mattress that has been resold, gifted or transportedoutside of the United States, or is outside the 100 Night Trail, is noteligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us beforeyour 100 Night Trial expires. The eligible mattress shall be free from anyuser-inflicted harm (e.g. soils, bodily fluids, or stains)and, the mattressmust be in the same condition it was in when you received it.  We will make that determination in our solediscretion as soon as we receive and inspect the returned mattress. 

Exchanges – You are allowed one (1) mattressexchange during your 100 Night Trial. If during the 100 Night Trial you areunhappy with your mattress for any reason, please contact our CustomerExperience Department at (855) 622-3711.
Process – Mattresses are not resalable due tohealth and safety regulations.  In orderto start your return or exchange process, please contact one of our CustomerExperience Representatives by calling (855) 622-3711, or sending us an email to [email protected]. Before youcontact us, please have your order number, and proof of purchase ready. As yourrefund or exchange is being processed, we will determine if we would like to(i) receive the mattress at one of our locations, (ii) donate the mattress to acharitable organization or, (iii) recycle it. Our Customer ExperienceRepresentative will take care of this aspect of the process. Once we confirmthe receipt of the mattress, its donation or recycling, we will process yourexchange, or issue the corresponding refund. You will receive an email from uswith details of your exchange, or refund as the case may be. We  will also notify you if there are anyproblems processing your exchange or refund. The process usually takes a fewdays depending on pick-up and communication response times. Some of thesefactors are outside of our control. Credits will be applied to your credit cardor original method of payment. Please note that some credit card providers takea longer to post refunds. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refundprocess.  

FuturePay Refunds - FuturePay allows you tofinance our Products at the time of checkout. However, FuturePay is notaffiliated with us and is made available to you as a payment plan option. Ifyou are eligible to receive a refund and you financed Products throughFuturePay at the time of purchase, we will issue such refund via your originalpayment method (i.e., your FuturePay account). Please note that you are bound by any terms and conditions issued byFuturePay in connection with and related to your financing agreement with FuturePay,and any FuturePay finance charges incurred or paid by you will not be refunded,discounted or forgiven by us since you have a separate obligation for thosecharges directly with FuturePay. If outstanding charges exist, you areresponsible for payment of those charges to FuturePay; we will not deduct themfrom any refund amount from us to you. If you have any questions regardingcharges you incurred, please contact FuturePay directly as we do not haveaccess to any FuturePay’s customer payment data, or debt information. You canaccess FuturePay by logging into your FuturePay account and either calling orsubmitting a request online. To start a refund or return process if youutilized FuturePay, please contact one of our Customer Experience Representativesat (855) 622-3711, or send us an email to [email protected]. Please notethat all Product returns and refunds are subject to these Terms. 

Late or Missing Refunds –  If you have not received a refund confirmationemail, check your account at yaasastudios.com to verify your credit cardinformation. Then, check your bank account or contact your credit card company.Please note that it may take several days before your refund has posted. If youstill have not received your refund, please contact one of our CustomerExperience Representatives at (855) 622-3711, or send us an email to [email protected].
