I purchased a couch from M****** and CouchSB in mid 2021. I provided my own fabric. This fabric ( Evere crypton) is a known quality upholstery fabric and is used by multiple online couch retailers ( Maiden Home and R**** and C****, to name a few). I spent 1357 on the fabric and I paid 4602 to M******. M****** and her factory in LA both accepted the fabric without any concerns. The couch was delivered as promised in July 2021. Initially the couch was very comfortable and looked great, however after a few months of use it began to squeak with any movement on it. In jan 2022 I contacted M****** about the squeaking and she agreed that this was not normal. As M******, does not deal with other local businesses, her solution to fix the couch was to remove it from my house and take it to her factory in LA. She did understand that this was inconvenient to my family and allowed us to schedule the removal for spring break when we would be out of town. The couch was repaired in late March 2022 and returned to us. A few weeks later it began to squeak again worse than before. I contacted M****** and her solution again was to take the cough back to LA. Again she was willing to work with me on timing which was appreciated. .emodeling our house I asked M****** to take the couch in mid-june 2022 and asked if she could store the couch thru the end of july when the construction was predicted to be finished. She agreed to this. We had multiple delays with our construction and in late july I asked M****** if she could continue to hold onto the couch for us and she agreed. In mid- August M****** let me know that she needed to get the couch back to me. I explained that it would be stored in my garage . M****** did not express any concerns about my plan to store the couch in my garage. In mid-august the couch was delivered to my garage. It was wrapped in thick plastic prior to to arrival . Once placed in my house I September and unwrapped we could see the fabric was ruined
