    They are a scam. I never got the site to work and I am having a very hard time canceling the account. Please don't use them.

    Upon a thorough review on account records and email correspondences, the customer reached out only after the most recent June renewal charge, and the subscription was canceled as requested. Also as a one-time off exception a refund was also processed for the most recent renewal charge.The customer reached out on June 17, 2024 and the subscription was successfully canceled as of June 18, 2024. A full refund for the June renewal charge was processed simultaneously.

    They are a scam. I never actually used them, yet they billed me for an entire year and then despite cancelling they are trying to bill me for an additional year. So far I have not received any satisfaction

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your subscription. However, our record shows that you have signed up for an annual recurring subscription meaning that upon signing up you accepted and agreed to the Subscription Terms that you will be automatically charged for the renewal after every yearly cycle. We did not receive any request to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date, hence, the subscription automatically renewed in accordance to the Terms. As per our Support Team, a partial refund was offered in good faith and you have accepted this offer (this is currently being reviewed for processing by our Billing Team). If you have other questions, feel free to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

    I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Study Soup is the biggest ripoff! We paid for the service then found out we had to wait at least ******************************************************************* 2 hours. We IMMEDIATELY requested a refund and were denied. NOWHERE did the website say we had to wait to receive assistance. Yes, we read the refund policy, but we DID NOT RECEIVE ASSISTANCE TIMELY. Don't waste your money.
