Terrible. Sucked into a huge scam and overwhelmed. Took control of my phone and I didn’t understand what was happening. Lies to me about the price and length of payments. I feel stupid that I even let them have any of my time, let alone money. Huge Scam. Products are not even royal bee. I’ve been sick and I allowed them to prey on my weakness.

They are A SCAM! I got suckered into buying an eye-cream from them, and two weeks later, they closed their store due to dispute. The eye cream does NOT work. It was defective-I bought it for $400 and left with no refund! the bottle doesn't even work! Don't fall for them like the rest of us.

Can I give this place zero stars? I wish I could. We (my friend and I) were offered a free demo of an eye cream. Then once inside we were talked into a free facial treatment as well. All along the product is being pitched as one of a kind, magical, able to do the same as expensive Hollywood skin surgery and treatments but these can be performed at home. While there were some slight improvements in wrinkle reduction, and the facial treatment felt nice, what really has me regretting ever stepping foot into this place is the sales pitch that I didn't deflect at the time. The Lavelier skin products they sell (that have ridiculous retail price points) are then packaged and bundled so it seems like a good deal. But you still end up paying thousands. I will admit I got suckered in. I am now regretting this lavish lapse in judgement. Save yourself and your family the embarrassment. This place sells overpriced products that don't work any better than other, much cheaper options. They also don't offer refunds. So my retribution is to post my authentic and honest reviews about the scammy business practices that prey on people who are walking by on vacation or otherwise out for a fun day in the sun in Santa Barbara. STAY FAR AWAY. Don't come near this store. DECLINE any offers of free samples! You have been warned!

This business sells products that are very expensive in a consultative manner. Initially I was approached on the sidewalk with a sample of eye cream. I was offered a voucher for a facial for the next day. My friend and I returned and settled in separate treatment room’s followed by extensive introduction to devices and skin care products which were effective and met the claims of the salesperson. At conclusion of the session I requested the price and was advised of a price in the thousands of dollars I explained that I could not afford that. I was then advised of multiple discounts and free products. I only needed to provide my driver’s license and a “card.” I did like the products, however, I did think the pricing was outrageous. With trepidation I did agree to the purchase and left the store with an order receipt for approximately $3800. I received the products via Federal Express this week. Last night my friend who had traveled with me advised me that the device and products I had purchasef were available on Amazon at prices that were much more affordable. I am only providing this review so that others may be alert to the business practices of this business.
