    Ordered on December 15th and paid for a Chargers Jersey from Atorcus. It was shipped Jan 11 and still do not have it. Checked tracking and it now states that delivery was cancelled due to non payment of shipping. I want a refund. They are terrible at communication and this is unacceptable.

    On 11/16/2024 I made an order worth $160.89 for 2 regular Jerseys. Once I submitted the payment vía PayPal i noticed that the merchant paid was P**** ***** ************@beauhav.com, once I saw that I knew this was a scam. I tried emailing them but the email kept bouncing back, I submitted a claim vía PayPal. The merchant responded and provided a tracking number which has been "USPS awating item" in IL for over a month. Estimate time of delivery was supposed to be between 11/30th and 12/04/24. Stay away from this company.

    On October 20th I made a purchase from Atorcus.com in the amount of $84.91
    I never did receive the item I purchased.
    I filed a dispute with Cashapp, which is the card I used to make the purchase.
    They denied and closed my dispute with out any resolution.
    I have emails and usps tracking information that the item I purchased as sent to an address in norwlak, IA. I have no idea why it was sent there. I do not kknow anyone there. and I did not ask for it to be shipped there.
    I have tried several times to get help from cashapp and they refuse to help me.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the reason the tracking delivery was sent to the wrong address, this was due to a data entry error by our customer service staff. They provided the tracking number of a different order to the customer. However, we corrected this mistake immediately. You can see in the attachment that the tracking and shipping label were sent to the correct address as requested by the customer. Once again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The failure to provide the correct Tracking information does not negate the fact that I did not and have not gotten my order.  I made a purchase and was not supplied with the item I purchased.  If you go to the tracking number supplied it says the package was left in my mailbox.  Well when I checked my mailbox there was nothing in it.  Nor has anyone seen any packages in my mailbox in the past week.

    So, I do not accept the accept the reply from the Business and request my payment be refunded to me.

    I placed an order on October 12th for a NFL jersey that showed one option which was a women's jersey of the Washington Commanders #17 McLaurin... I chose a size medium. It took the money from my debit card and then said processing. It claimed I would receive tracking information on October 18th 2024. First off I can only email support. No live number or chat option here. They never respond with a resolution or honest update. I asked about tracking and was told give them more time. I was told if you choose the option to make a name or number of your own. CHoosing it's quicker than just selecting the advertised jersey and player and number (MADE NO SENSE)... THEN THEY EMAILED ME SAYING ITS BEING HANDED TO THE SHIPPER ON OCT 18TH IT WAS SENT. NO TRACKING AND AGAIN MORE REPS SAYING ALLOW US MORE TIME 7 TO 8 DAYS.
    Now I emailed again to [email protected] and they continued to say it's shipped. They showed me a USPS tracking number but it only shows label created, awaiting package from seller. The label was created Oct 18th but nothing, even today Oct 28th 2024 has been shipped. I would like my package refunded bc I did not sign up for a liar to be me and deceive me. This is a terrible company who manipulated me into thinking they would ship my jersey to me.
    I am furious with them. The address for this company is linked to other various businesses not Atorcus so I'm wondering if it's a scam.. please have this item refunded to my card of payment. They have continued to tell me to allow more time and I am past the arrival date for this item. It's not here again as my mail came today and no package. Thank you n
