I purchased scooter on the 16th of May. It had a 30 day money back guarantee. I called 3 days after it came and told them it was a poor choice for me. I as told they would send me a shipping lable so I could send it back. It's been more than a month and several phone calls, and still no lable. I need to send it back and get my refund so I can get a scooter elsewhere.

On May 20th of this year I emailed Culver Mobility about a power wheelchair that I purchased. I ordered the pads and other leather parts in brown, but received black. I asked for brown to be sent. I was asked several times to submit pictures which I did. I contacted them on May 31st. I also have spoken with them on the phone. As of today, June 12th, 2025. I have heard back from them or received the brown pads

This wheelchair was given to me has a birthday gift *************. I started having problem with the joystick about 2 months and Culver replaced joystick. Then about 4 months later problem with the tire not holding air pressure, Culver replaced tire. In January the wheelchair started going in circles and was unable to stop. I spoke to customer service which requested video, which I was unable to supply. Then the wheelchair started making noises, which I sent in the video regarding the wheel bearings and was informed that the team will review video but I am unable to get my emails or calls returned regarding the wheel bearing to resolve the problem. My wheelchair is still under warranty until June 11, 2025.I was in touch with ****** customer service regarding this **********************, trying to resolve the problem. I have to say I like my wheelchair. But not impressed with Culver Mobility company.Order date Jun 11, 2024 Order #***-0525226-9883454 Order total $1,499.00

I purchased an expensive folding scooter that had no speed control. This as found out when it arrived. Four very different people attempted to operate the scooter and were all unsuccessful in operating it safely. Once started it instantly when to top speed. My wife has undowners and can no longer walk any real distance so a scooter is necessary and after a week of call CM I got an answer tell me they would return my call shortly. After three days and no call I once again talked to an emplwhom I ask if the speed controller could be modified? She promised they would call me within 24 hours. They did not return my call so once again I called them repeatedly to finally get a response. I ask for the return address and bill of padding number for the return. Six weeks later they sent it to me. While waiting for it I called daily with no answer. This all could and should have taken no more than two weeks but their failure caused the delay. Now four weeks after the return saying my refund will take another eight days and it only paid me 880 of 2268? Because it wasnt done in thirty days. The return policy says they could charge shipping 250 but nothing more. Help I am eighty with a disabled wife and neither of us are physically able to deal with this. We are both on long term health insurance and can not afford this oblivious scam to take our money. Help!

I purchased a power wheelchair from them in Dec. 2024. It is my only option for mobility. I am unable to walk at all. I purchased this as soon as I was discharged from the hospital. I did not have a loaner wheelchair. I had to pay for it myself. In order to have Insurance help pay, is a lengthy process. I had it assembled and parts of it came apart. My first complaint was in the beginning of March 2025. They replied quickly. I complained online via ******************. com where I purchased the chair. Since Culver Mobility is a third party seller, ******* couldnt do anything. They suggested I call Culvers ***************** I told them the problem and I requested a partial refund. Instead, they told me that they would mail me new parts. (March 31, 2025). They were very vague. I asked; which parts are you sending? I wanted to be sure they had the correct address. Also, when? They vaguely replied: a week or two. I havent received any parts. I contacted them on their website. After asking for an update on what is happening, they told me to call their customer service again. When I did, they claimed they knew nothing about my former complaint. I had even sent pictures the first time. They wanted me to resend them, which I did.I havent heard from them again. I complained to ******* again and they keep giving me Culvers ************************** Number. I feel I am being given the run around. Nobody is doing anything. I had to pat $1100.00 for a wheelchair that held up for barely 90 days? I feel that I am being treated poorly. I feel a partial refund is fair for both of us. Thank you.

Date of Transaction, 03/13/2025. We received the box on 03/14/2025. All was well until we noticed that the s**** found on page 3.3 in Culver Mobility User Manual was missing and it is vital to use the Electric Mobility Power wheelchair. It's been one solid week since I've tried to communicate that I desperately needed this item, which is a must to operate this power chair! No response to my multiple pleas for help! Unfortunately, the chair is still in my entertainment room just sitting there and me waiting for Culver Mobility located in ******************** to send me the correct part to this electric wheelchair. Someone must make them pay for what they have done to so many consumers and shut their company down.

I received an order 10/10/2023 for a folding lightweight heavy duty wheelchair, and paid 1, ****** September 24, 2024, I reached out to the company because my batteries on the chair were no longer charging. At first, I was simply inquiring about purchasing a compatible battery. The response from my email was simply a link to an out of stock battery. No other correspondence. Upon looking at the site further after I clicked said link, I realized that the battery was under warranty. I was not sure about the way things were worded in the warranty statement, so i again reached out to find out if it was for 1 or two years (either way, I was within the warrantys window of time.) Again, I was just simply sent a link to an out of stock product with no other correspondence. I reached out 2 more times out of frustration and was sent the same link yet again. I sent 2 more messages voicing my frustration (nicely) and finally received a proper response that instructed me to call a number that was supposedly customer service. At this point, its 10/9/24. The warranty would be up the next day if it were a year (I never received any clarification). Upon calling said number I was given it was a ****** voice number. I called twice and left two messages. Even though I knew I probably would not get a response. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user. Meaning I was not constantly using my chair. I was following the instructions for battery charging. Theres zero reason the battery should die within 9 months. I was busy planning a wedding and buying a house so i wasnt able to file a complaint till now, but the chair is still unusable, and everything about the situation was extremely unprofessional. All I would like is a new battery.
