    March of 2022 I booked a trip with Inspired Travel to go on an ****** Tour in February 2023 with ****************** Church. June of 2022 phone inquiries were made with both the sponsoring church and Inspired Travel about transferring the deposit t to the later trip in Ocotober 2023. I emailed Inspired travel to inform them of our decision and direct them to apply the deposit to the October ***************** Trip. This email was sent prior to further installment due dates. July 2022 I received a request for installment and again sent an email reminding them we intended to transfer the deposit to the October ***************** Trip. I have also made phone calls to InspiredTravel to confirm that my deposit was transferred and my deposit was transferred. If I get to a person, I'm told that someone will call back and no one does. My emails/calls either get no response or a I'll get back to you response(and no one ever does). My expectation was that I'd be able to go on October ***************** Trip. I want confirmation that I'm on the list for the October ***************** Trip or a refund.

    I booked a trip with Inspired Travel to go to ****** in February 2023. When I learned of the amount of people who were going was extremely large and that there would be a 2nd trip later in 2023, I asked both the sponsoring church and Inspired Travel if I could defer the deposit to the later trip in 2023. For the last couple of months, I've been sending emails and calling Inspired Travel to confirm that my booked was transferred. If I get to a person, I'm told that someone will call back and no one does. My emails either get no response or a I'll get back to you response (and no one ever does). My expectation was that I'd be able to go on the later trip, but not it is booked and I don't believe I will be able to go. So, I want confirmation that I'm on the list for the later trip or a refund.
