  APEX was a great company to work with they keep me inform throughout the whole process. They got me approved for the INCOME-CONTINGENT REPEPAYMENT PLAN. They went above and beyond helping me with this process. I would recommend APEX to anyone with a student loan. The customer service is very great the return all my call in a timely matter and made this process simply and easy thanks

  This is NOT a legitimate company working for the ** ********** of ********** The ********** of ********* informed me that Apex Processing Center was not affiliated with them. After they stole my identity (they already knew my social without me telling them and sent me a fake email from the ********** of *********) I had put freezes on all credit bureaus, put a fraud alert on my credit, reported them to the federal trade commission, and alerted the social security administration that my identity was stolen by these people. Even after I told them to not contact me again or I will file a police report, they continued. So today I filed a police report and they "cancelled" my account and supposedly deleted me from their system when I notified them of the police report--in an attempt to finally stop being financially attacked and to stop the constant harassment via text, call, and email. I do not for a second believe that they deleted my information and the damage is already done. I don't feel safe. They know my identity and where I live. Don't trust them. They will try to steal from you. I had to cancel my debit card and was getting random charges (one from a company called "Insane Drugs") on my card almost every other day, whether it was locked or not. I had to actually completely close my bank account. They will try to ruin your life. If you were like me, please follow the steps above to protect yourself again.

  I have had varying experiences over the years when attempting to work through student loans. Working with Apex to submit the necessary information to apply for PSLF was the best choice I have ever made. Representatives were informative, helpful, and attentive. Not only did they ensure that I collected and submitted all the needed information but called me directly to offer explanations of the process and final outcomes. They even suggested and assisted in submitting further applications to potentially improve the outcomes. I truly grateful for their time, efforts, and professionalism throughout.
