      I think this service and company is a scam, provided nothing useful, was already purchasing stocks they suggested. They stated you have a money back guarantee year to get you money back but was a deception on wording. Meaning you need to call they in a year to get your money back. You can change programs but this is just another deception were you call back in within the two weeks and they still will not reimburse you your ******** not purchase anything from this company!!!!

      I have a 3 year old with low autism and I live in the apartment above the office and recently I have been harassed by the manager about my child running in my apartment, I tried explaining to them that I cant make her stop running since that is on characteristic that autistic children do. In my lease contract it says that not even management can interfere with a daily noise or a multi family environment and to me my child running is part of a daily noise or a multi family environment. She is also trying to make me move apartment but I have to pay for deposit and everything and to me that is unfair she also said that for the next renewal we wont be able to renew because of the supposed disturbance. We had to involve the police due to her coming and knocking on my door and getting an attitude about this situation and the police told me that I was right in this case.

      They were rude and condescending, While I was explaning the problem the clerk was smiling, That made me feel descriminated and abused They were supposed to protect my money, instead they partn up with the business and did not show me evidence that what they business were saying was truth,I don't recommend chase to anyone, The business is ran by ************** employees All calls is outside of **, *****, **********, ******,.These people are Crooks!!!!!!

      0 Stars!!! This place is a h*** hole that needs to be condemned! I stayed there 7 years! Management is absolutely terrible! They actually came to me & asked me to move into this so called newly renovated apartment last April, I moved in July 1, 2022 Worst mistake EVER!!! 3 days after moving in, I walked into a flooded kitchen, ruined rugs etc. on 10/24/22 what I thought was the worst happened! It rained, & flooded my apartment completely! The water stood over the baseboards ( I have proof, videos, pictures, voice recordings, emails and texts) Terrace heights property manager ( at that time ) ********************* was called, , she came over & lied! She said Ill be back in the morning to put you in a hotel., When I say it was 8 days later that I spoke to her, & then more lies! They NEVER moved me or put me in a hotel, or had anyone come to do mold/mildew control, clean & definitely didnt replace my damaged property, or provide any type of compensation. Now 4/28/23 My apartment Flooded worse than the first time ( mind you , I have visible mold, you can hear & see the water underneath the floor boards) this time it flooded from my apartment **** completely through to **** with my apartment taking the worst of the worst! Keep in mind the flooding starts in the KITCHEN!! Not the front door, & again the NEW property manager ****** is just as bad as *************** aint no better! Theyre all GARBAGE! ****** did nothing over the weekend to provide assistance, I asked to be put in a hotel, she said no. On 5/1/23 she said she will let me out of my lease, I told her I needed time to find a place, and ppl to move me, she said can you turn the keys in Monday ? ) 7 DAYS!!! No maam!! ( I have the whole conversation recorded) I turned the keys in 5/15/23 they harassed me the entire time through text. I know for sure apartment 203 the sewer came up through the floor, my entire apartment smelled like the bowels of *******, again no compensation, or movement. Or cleaners!
