I ordered bug MD on ******** but realized I had ordered too much. I called n tried to cancel but they said it was too late. They shipped the *********** told delivery service I did not want. He said to out return on package. I have called n left numerous message n no call back. My sister has sent multiple emails when no answer. Accidentally ordered and cancelled within a few minutes by contacting their customer service. Their customer service offered 30% discount to keep the order and then they refused to cancell when I didn't accept their ***********: Weve received your request to cancel order #BG2383382.?? I ordered 2 bottles (one set) of Bug MDs repellant concentrate. While checking out, I got the message asking if I wanted 2 more bottles for discount. I clicked 'no thanks'. Then another message popped up trying to get me to buy yet another of two sets. Again, I clicked 'no thanks'. It did not show me my cart again btw. When i clicked submit to order, I got the message my order was placed...I had just been charged $143.57! It had kept adding the extra bottles. I immediately tried to contact on customer service chat but it was on weekend. I emailed them immediately. NOTHING. Today i *** messages that my orfer has shipped. No one has contacted me. I placed an order for annual subscription to control roaches- Pest Defense. I was shipped Mosquito Amigo. I reached out to bugMD via chat and told them I was shipped the wrong product. They said they would correct it. I was shipped a replacement order - again it was mosquito amigo when I ordered Pest Defense for ***** control. I contacted them again and was told they cancelled my subscription upon my request. I asked when my card would be credited the $149 yearly subscription. They responded saying that I got the product and I would not get a refund. The product I got -twice- was not what I ordered. Also 149 iis WAY more than the cost of the incorrect product I received. All I ask is to either get what I ordered or refund my payment in full.Business Response

I DID NOT complete an order. I have no invoice or invoice number. You took my money out if my account without me submitting an order. Now I have over draft fees from my bank of $20 and insufficient funds fees from my credit card company of $40. So, what I was considering buying for from your company for $20 has costed me over $100. Issue Summary:I have repeatedly requested to cancel my subscription and stop all shipments from BugMD. I agreed to purchase 18 closet moth traps @ $3.26 in an online order on July 13, 2025. I expected my credit card to be charged 18 X $3.26 = $58.68 exclusive of tax. A subscription of $9.99/month was pre-checked on the order, but I declined that offer and unchecked it. My credit card was charged $89.65 with no explanation. I called the customer service number three consecutive days and was told "all representatives are busy with other customers. My wife ordered from this company called bugmd. We never recieved the package but the bugmd company claims we did. I called the delivery company and they asked for the 10 digit tracking number but apparently the tracking info we got from bugmd isn't correct. I've tried calling this company and I've emailed this company and haven't recieved any response pertaining to my refund or a true 10 digit code from the delivery company. The delivery company keeps asking for a 10 digit tracking / shipping number but the number bugmd sent wasnt the code that the shipping company wanted so I couldn't get thru to the shipping company. I've asked bugmd for the shipping number/ tracking number and they won't respond. I wouldnt be going thru all this if I had recieved the package. I placed an order on July 8 for 2 items and not a subscription. I did not check the box by subscription. In checking my bank account 3 amounts were taken out on July 8 from Bug MD.$53.99,$51.81,$50.97. That is outrageous. I called Bug MD and first they said it was shipped and then they said if they reduce the order and refund the rest would I take that. I am a senior. I told them I wanted a refund. They were hard to reach. Please stop this crooked company, ****** from doing this to seniors. I paid for this through *******. I am trying to get justice through Pay Pal.
