      My private information was stolen during a data breach because a similar company with the same name (minus one letter) contacted and bamboozle me into giving the money for a recommendation for my chronic condition (I have used OnLine in previous years as the recommendation needs to be updated yearly) When I found out that the data was stolen, I reached out to the correct company (being the one in question right now) who then gave me the medical recommendation after I paid money. The problem is my ************************** has to contact this company to get permission and receive my medical records so they can send the information to ********** to approve the medical marijuana chronic condition card from the *******************. Online medical card never got back to the ***************** despite them faxing permission on multiple efforts and over 10 phone calls I made to them complaining and asking for them to fax back the ***** form required by the ***************** to get my medical information from them. This company took my money and never did what they were supposed to do in order for me to get my medical marijuana card which I need for my chronic condition.

      We provided the recommendation to this our repeat customer. 

      We do provide extra service to help patients to get county card **** too but usually there is about $15 dollars charge because it's extra work for ** and doctor: we have to print out fax, filled out and have doctor **** for it. We are not sure what exactly happened when she called office for this issue, or did she pay $15 dollar for filling out the **** form.

      But we would like to resolve the issue if this customer can send us the form she wants to **** by doctor for her ****, we can do it free for her.

      The $45.99 she paid is for recommendation only , not including to fill out the extra forms, and recommendation is done and sent to her already so we can't do refund for this $45.99.

      My son received a medical card for the purpose of medicinal medical marijuana use, he received a certificate in December received an email that he would receive a card with two weeks, we are approaching March, after several calls to let this business know that the card has not come in ******* we were told 5-7 business days...card still did not come, called several more times told same story...last Saturday my son received a call that it would be hand delivered in 3 business days, Wednesday never showed I called today was told I would receive an update call and text...and nothing...I call this evening and was hung up on, after I refused to receive a call with yet another update...I'm requesting a refund to take my son's business else were

      Yes we know about this customer's issue for not received his hard copy and plastic card.

      We mailed to the address customer provided at least 2-3 times. On Feb 17 2024, our staff May called customer **** and verified his mailing address and mailed him the hard copy and ID card again, we don't know why they don't receive it, the mails are not returned. The price $69.99 he paid is for regular mail only. We use **** regular mail for all mails sent out and there is no tracking. customer requested ***** overnight and we told him that we don't use overnight because the cost, unless they ant to pay for it. Customer did not pay for extra for *****. 

      our refund policy is  in our terms of use which customer agreed with when they put order  on our website: *********************************************************; : When the *** file of the medical marijuana card and / or an approval letter is delivered successfully to the email address the customer provided on the application then it means that customer has received the service and product.
      Cancellation: For the reason of legality and authenticity, to cancel an order customer must send us a cancellation in writing from the same email address customer provided through the application. Cancellation can only be done before the doctor provides consultation. No cancellation and refund will be processed if the doctor has done the consultation and approved you and you have received a digital copy of physician recommendation or / and approval letter by email.

      If customer wants a partial refund he can contact us by calling office ************ . Or pay for extra if he wants ***** overnight.

      Attempted to sign up for a medial card/ After receiving a phone call from a "doctor" who tried to sell me THC Items over the phone, I immediately knew this place was a scam. It has to be reported for false advertisements, and stealing money from unsuspecting victims.

      This customer signed up for a **** ********************** marijuana card .  Because many people are interested in CBD products and we also offer CBD products to our customer too.  Many people like CBD.  When our agent contacted  this customer for  CBD products she thought it's from the Doctor himself , it's a misunderstanding due to a poor communication, we do apologize. Our agent never told her that it's the Doctor who was contacting her. 

      We called her again and explained to her for possible miscommunication issue and we refunded her. 

      We appreciate the customer's feedback so we can improve our services.
