    On 5-12-2021 i met with Met with Mr Ignacio G***** *** at his office and maufacturing warehouse regarding a custom built mobile food unit (food Trailer) and after our conversation i placed my order for a 16' trailer and i gave him a deposit of $9000.00 and he gave me a receipt the balance for the trailer would be paid in monthly payments comencing the following month after receiving the trailer per a payment schedule he is to give me but has not. He was to give me the custom food trailer by December 2021 and then delayed to January 2022 then february 2022. Since then he still says food trailer is not completed and i cant get a definite date from him of when the trailer will be completed and ready and at this point he is just giving me the run around. I always call him and he gives me excuses or he never calls me back for updates so i decided to text him on Monday September 19, 2022 and he did not respond then i called him a couple hours later he said he would call me back to tell me what time i could go to his business 2 days later on wednesday september 21st 2022 and he never called me back so then i texted him again on wednesday 21st 2022 and he did not respond. At this point i would like the trailer as soon as possible or my full deposit of $9000.00 its 10 months past the date i was to receive the food trailer.
