I applied for a loan from Super Money Financial and they requested me to purchase Footlocker gift cards from Family Dollar, after they deposited (3) checks in my account totalling $143.14 each. I made the purchase, sent a picture to them. I kept the receipt for the purchase, called my bank and the gift cards were cashed! I was scammed out of $429.42.

Hi there. You were not talking to SuperMoney. I'm sorry to inform you that you were speaking with a scam artist that was impersonating a SuperMoney company representative.

SuperMoney does not run a call center and we do not call consumers unsolicited. We are not even a lending company. SuperMoney is a financial services comparison/reviews website.

Unfortunately scam artists are leveraging the good will of our brand to try and scam people.

BBB has already published a warning on our profile in an attempt to warn consumers.

"The BBB received information that this business's name is being used by scammers. Please be cautious in responding to calls, emails, and/or text messages from imposters claiming to be SuperMoney who are offering an advance-fee loans. The business states that "If you get an unsolicited call, mail or text message from someone claiming they are from SuperMoney, its probably a scammer. Please note that SuperMoney will never contact you by phone, email, text, or otherwise to offer you a loan other than to communicate about loan application you have already submitted directly on SuperMoney.com.""

Would appreciate if you considered removing your compliant, as you were not speaking to someone from our company.
