    I want to share my unfortunate experience with a company that I found highly deceptive. The company appears to spoof its telephone number and targets the financially vulnerable. Additionally, the company cannot transfer you back to previous employees you may have spoken to without involving their "IT department." I noticed they only use WhatsApp as their primary contact method and solely market themselves based on their BBB accreditation. Given these issues, I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to reconsider supporting such a deceptive company. Please do not harass me again with any written or verbal correspondence.

    This company has absolutely taken my information and intentionally used a spoofed telephone number to deceive me. Their actions are deceptive, unethical, and completely unacceptable.
