    Disappointing first and last experience.This place also goes by Icon CamerasI found a **** ZV-1F Vlogging Camera on Icons website for $389 (down from $499) with no mention that it was an open-box display model. Their phone number was disconnected, but I still went ***** the store, the salesperson grabbed the camera, checked the price, and told me $540 out the door. I showed him their own website listing it for $389, and suddenly, he and another employee started whispering. Then he claimed that price was only for a single open-box unit that had already been soldwhich was never stated online.Instead of owning up to the issue, they dodged responsibility. Another guy tried to cut me a deal at $490, then $480, even saying I was only paying $30 more (quick math says $389 to $480 isnt a $30 difference). Then he tried to justify it by claiming selling it at $389 would mean no profit. Well, maybe dont list a price you wont honor.After 20 years in business, they should know customers value honesty and transparency. Wont be shopping here again.
