I placed an order September 7, 2023. I have contacted the company numerous times. I spoke to someone on their live chat that said my order would be canceled and refunded on September 9, 2023. I still have not received any response about cancelation or a refund. They have not answered any of my emails and they never answer their live chat. Their company has fraudulent practices. I want a refund. I'm tired of trying to contact them and receiving no response.Business response

Customer put order and 2 days later called us 2 days later but the call dropped, probably due to poor connection. Our staff tried to call her back a few times and all went to voicemail. We are not sure if she wanted to cancel the order and usually customer needs to cancel it within 24 hour after they put order. We refunded her payment today after notified by BBB.Initial Complaint

Dear BBB: My complaint is numerous about this business. Itemized below:1. When you search 'CBD store near me' on ******* this business shows up with a faulty address and picture - a few blocks from my residence. When you call their number, they are actually located in *********, **, which is 60 minutes from my residence. 2. The business states sign up for email address and get 15% off your first purchase. I did not receive 15% off and When i spoke to the manager about this, *** (i think this is a fake name, along with everything else about this business). He told me, he'll send me free gifts instead over the phone that i will enjoy instead of the 15% discount. 3. They sent only 1 bag of the gummies instead of 2 bags that i ordered. When i told them about this, they said the package was delivered, albeit only half my order was in the package, and gave me the tracking number. I'm not disputing that a package wasn't delivered, i'm disputing that only half my order was in the package that was delivered. Please investigate this. Thank youInitial Complaint

Yesterday I contacted this company to get the physicians statement for my ** Medical Marijuana card. They knew Im in the ***************. They never told me that a CA doctor is NOT authorized to complete this form. Instead I was told it would be ok and I would get my medical card. Ive attached pictures of the money spent, the CA physicians statement and the email I received from the ***************. Ive tried contacting this company but all they do is send me to voicemail. I need help disputing this situation and to get my $59.99 back.Business response

Hello,
Please check our website that it's clearly for ********** medical marijuana cards. ********** medical marijuana cards do work in ******, but it's not the same thing as a ****** medical marijuana card.
In any case, we are happy to refund the customer.
We have checked the payment records and didn't find any customer under this name ***************************. If she used a different credit card please let us know so we can refund.
Our staff is available 13 hours a day at ************, please call yourself and see that we do indeed answer the phone. We have over 9 agents working every day.
We are trying to refund now but cannot locate this customer or order, so we are unsure if this is really a customer of ours.
