    I purchased a medical marijuana card for $40 and I was supposed to get it the same day. Its 100% backed up by a refund and I have not gotten my card so I would like my refund. I tried to go to the business but kept hitting dead ends. I just want my 40 bucks back.

    this customer signed up for a CA ********************** marijuana card and our doctor tried to call her a few times  but no one answered , we tried to call her, no one answered either, we sent her text message with no response. We don't know what's the status with her, and still waiting for her to contact us back. We have not received request for cancellation of the order by email , as per our terms of use. 

    We have had similar cases like this before, some patients would call us back after some time to finish the service; some patients for some reason not available for some time and later contacted us back. 

    If we don't receive the l request for cancel the order or refund by email , those order are still open.

    Since we received her complaint to BBB, we just refund her payment.

    On 11/4/23 I renewed my medicale Marijuana Card & was supposed to get a pdf which I have & the hard ****************************** card. I only received the hardcopy on 1-18-24 & called numerous times and they refuse to send or refund half the money. I have a letter statement saying that they will refund,but when the ******* called he said no. I did not receive the card to this date & request a refund as stated in the letter I received from the attorney General and the Company.

    This customer filed complaint to CA state consumer affair and we contacted him right away and told him we would like to negotiate partial refund as we told consumer department and told him we never agreed for half refund because the ** card price customer paid is $15 , at this point customer hung up.

    The price for ** card the customer claimed have not received is $15 and we are willing to refund. We can't refund half since customer have received service and hard copy. The card he did not receive does not cost the half price. But customer refuse to talk and hung up.

    I placed an order September 7, 2023. I have contacted the company numerous times. I spoke to someone on their live chat that said my order would be canceled and refunded on September 9, 2023. I still have not received any response about cancelation or a refund. They have not answered any of my emails and they never answer their live chat. Their company has fraudulent practices. I want a refund. I'm tired of trying to contact them and receiving no response.

    Customer put order and 2 days later called us  2 days later but the call dropped, probably due to poor connection. Our staff tried to call her back a few times and all went to voicemail. We are not sure if she wanted to cancel the order and usually customer needs to cancel it within 24 hour after they put order. We refunded her payment today after notified by BBB.
