    My name is ******, I am getting married and I came to this business to buy my bridesmaids dresses and my veil. Nothing was on time everything got delayed more than what they told us, they always said they would call and never call until we would call them. They told me I would receive my veil in 2 weeks, 2 weeks went by and I called them and they told me my veil would be delayed and I said ok. My veil arrived in 1 months and 2 weeks when they had told me it would be there in two weeks. I go to pick up my veil and the lady was trying to take home a wrinkled veil I asked her if she could iron first. She said yes to come back in 20 minutes. 15 minutes go by and I get a call saying that my veil had gotten damaged. I went back in person and they had ripped my veil. The lady said they would order me a new veil and they promised to have it for me in one week. A week goes by and the day to pick up my veil. I called them first and the lady on the phone tells me that my veil will be delayed by almost a month because the company was closed. I am very upset and expressed that I am not happy with the customer service which she replies what do you want me to do ****** the company is closed as if this was my fault or my company. I told her that I would like a refund instead but she refuses saying that she cant give me a refund because she had already ordered the veil. Yet the veil hasnt left the company why not cancel. Regardless I feel like I am *********** a refund regardless of their policy because they are the ones providing poor customer service, they make me wait a month and half then they rip my veil and then lie to me about replacing it within a week. Mind you they never called me to tell me that my veil would be delayed again instead they waited until I called them the day I was supposed to come in for my veil. I want nothing to do with them anymore I would just like my money back so that I can go buy a different veil.
