            I was involved in an accident on December 2, 2019. I have not received any information from my insurance adjuster and she is not trying to to pay off my vehicle. I have been trying to contact the customer service line and they wont even let me speak to supervisor. My adjuster has my social security number and account number for the bank I am receiving the loan from and the last time i have heard from her was a month ago and telling she can not request certain forms (letter of guaranty). I am still making monthly payment on a vehicle I can not drive and it is still sitting in my driveway. I have been borrowing others vehicles just to get to work with a two hour commute. I have been stressing everyday because I fear this is a huge insurance fraud. This company has no website and it is extremely difficult to reach my adjuster. Most days I am on the phone for over an hour just to get hung up on or "transferred" to another number and no one answers.
