Purchases 1700 inserts. Put them in my shoes and I dont like them. Was told Satisfaction guaranteed. Tried to return and told exchange or credit only. No time was I told this prior to sale. They are trying to say its on the receipt but you dont get a receipt until you pay so that makes no sense. I wanna refund.

My ******* visited the ********* location on 9/14/24. Being the only 2 customers and 3 associates, we went thru the sales pitch. Next, they want to send us out the door with the highest package available with all the bells and whistles. Not once was the other low priced packages mentioned, until I spotted a sales sheet, and NOT ONCE was the no return policy ever mentioned by any employee. My mom and I went home with our inserts and over the next few days our feet were in horrible pain using these things. I actually had to call out of work day 3 because of the pain I was in. I also pointed out during the fitting that they didnt feel like they fit my arch properly, but was assured that after getting used to them that would go away. Well it did not go away and its too painful to torture myself. My mom is a senior and she also described her pain as feeling like someone took a hammer to her feet. After us both having painful issues, I looked over my receipts and paperwork and thats when I noticed the no return policy. Again, NOT ONCE, from ANY employee present that day, was this policy mentioned. My mom and I make a second, 60mile round trip back to the store on 9/20/24. The associate calls the owner who lives in *****, and owner says its been over a week so cant return. After bringing up the date on the receipt and showing it has not been a full week, she changes it to due to the nature of the product they dont accept returns. I also didnt understand how she can try to pitch these are custom inserts when they are NOT customized and made individually to our feet, and had I come in and tried on the system that day and walked out with nothing, they wouldve at most wiped them down and put them back on the shelf for the next person. She couldnt say anything more and did not have an answer for me. Since their policy was not explained clearly and there was no clear signs visible, I just want to return it all and be refunded for the FULL AMOUNT spent on 9/14/24.

We bought the product last year around August and was hoping for good results but mostly just incurred pain from proceeding to use the products and when asked about returning the only response was to exchange for a new set and that the sets are "personalized" when it is still categorizing and fitting you to pre-made, pre-packaged orthopedics. It is unlikely that after more pain that the orthopedics would help when they were minimally effective and it is nonsense that you cannot return it but instead you can "trade them in" for new ones in which they will still most likely turn the ones you trade in around to another person. Instead they want you do go through multiple and still not get anything out of it. I proceeded to try to contact the corporate at length explaining that it was also pressured after being told by multiple associates to just try it and having the associate that was helping me during the "test" they perform barely be able to tip me over. I was still encouraged at length to try them and that I would not regret it and that the pain subsides when used as directed. It did not stop the pain. Though my partner also felt he liked them in store for the short amount of time you can try them on, the pain also did not stop for him and he has since stopped use. In no way was it explained that there was no return policy before we bought them just that if we did not like them to let them know which is what I did. Im very unsatisfied with the amount of pain it put us through just to find out that our only option is to try over and over and hope they keep not charging us for trying. They have since ceased contact since I called them out for letting us trade them in and get new ones but not return them.
