    This newly hired security company has issued a falsified citation with a hearing notice. The date and time of their citation has no merit as we were not home at that time and date. I contacted the company's CEO, Mr. *********************** and his response was that he stands behind his security guards hired for our community. The concern is that other residents have experience the same issue, a breach of duty and writing up bogus citations to harass and cause mental anguish. Their business practice and behavior need to be investigated by your office. Here is one of my Emails to them:The issues we have had with our HOA ******************* The Common Interest ******************* has been that they just send us hearing notices, based on what these guards tell them, without checking for facts. The guards are always making mistakes, in turns, it cost us time and aggravation to rectify them. Here are just a few examples and the current gate guards are at it again, but this time under your companys name, which I do not believe are the standards your company lives by.Someone uses my name and address and the guards allow them in without calling us, in turn, we are sent a speeding violation. Again, this was under ****** supervision.Yesterday, Friday 12/2/2022 we get a hearing notice that my wife was speeding, well my wife was at work and this past 17 years we lived here, we are careful as my wife is an RN and does not speed and I always drive under the 20mph posted speed limit. I spoke to ***** on Friday and today, and he gave me his usual bad attitude as always and really behaves as if I work for him, the current guards, the ones from the previous security company, are all portraying a bad impression of your company, it's really up to you on how you want to handle this.THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE OR VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THEIR CLAIM.BBB Agent/Officer: Please investigate this business for holding a license under your agency.
