7:474 I would have given this cleaner O but since it's not an option here so I am giving it one star. I went to this cleaner for the first time and had a horrible experience and decided to not go back there. I took 6 pieces of clothes which were all dark color except one sweater which was white. They did not dry clean, only press them. All my Clothes were new and had no stains at all. I just wanted to get them fresh. They charged me $10 each piece and $15 for cashmere cardigan, that cardigan had some frizz ***** otherwise it was clean. I specifically asked that woman on counter that if she can remove them and she said "yeah yeah we will do that" but when I got my clothes back the frizz ***** were still there so I mentioned that to the guy (I think he is the owner) he rudely said it's clean. it did not looked cleaned at all only ironed. When he gave me other items, he said your white sweater is not done so come back on Monday and he also said that he can not gaurante that it will be clean. That sweater had very small make up stain on its collar, so I said to him to take the spot or give that back to me and $10. He started getting extremely rude and started yelling and cussing me and said it is your fault that you made that stains, and you are accusing me of not dry-cleaning your clothes, get out of my shop and don't come back here again I don't give a ****, get out get out". He didnt refund my money for that sweater or clean it. This dry cleaner is horrible, disrespectful and not a good place to go. He did not dry clean my clothes which he charged $65 for six items. He used foul language and harassing me. He didn't even iron properly, when I took my clothes home I found out that they weren't even properly ironed and I had to make crease of my pants myself so what I paid $65 for.
