      My school teacher is refusing to give me the information to pay off my school tuition. My teacher is telling me that I will have to contact TFC credit card and then TFC credit card tells me to contact the school. All Im just trying to do is find out how to make these payments because the account is closed where do I make these payments to I cant find my account number to the account and it has been closed for 6 years

      COLLECTION AGENCY is violating the Customer Name, they removed it from one bureau and did not removed it from rest of the bureaus.

      Pulled out the remainder of the money owed without contacting me left me with no money during a holiday weekend! The institution neglected to call or send email, or text until the money was taken out on December 27, 2024

      ID 22058123, the school is closed down. I have been trying to get a closure discharge form sent out. I withdrew from school, in February, the account closed in May, I would like it removed from my credit report. When I check fafsa records there is no loan shown to me of a balance Ive called as well & in the system fafsa aid do not see a balance either. So Im not sure as to ,why its still on my credit? I also dont see a contract in the response.

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 credit bureaus and TFC CREDIT CORPORATION to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have TFC CREDIT CORPORATION that I have no account with them and 3 credit bureaus can simply remove it from my credit.

      In July of 2023 I enrolled at IOT LVN program. TFC was part of the financial aid. I withdrew from the program on 2/21/24 due to program not as advertised. Key components of the program were not made available to the students. ATI module key component in learning and test taking to prepare the student for NCLEX. During 2nd semester the modules were locked and not available to students. I sent that concern to the Administrator. After the day I dropped the modules were opened. The program is very unstructured and the instructors are not organized. One of the instructors is homophobic and transphobic. ******************* on several occasions made anti LGBT and Trans comments during class and was pushing her conspiracy theories on students. This made it a very toxic and hostile learning environment. When complaints where made against her, ******************* she would retaliate and down graded assignments, essentially failing you. Since I no longer am enrolled, the loan thru TFC is no longer being used towards the program. At no time during my enrollment was I told that if I withdrew from the program that the loan would remain active. The financial aide department signed many of the loan documents on mine and other students behalf without notify us. I want this loan discharged.

      Payments are due to TFC NOT the school. I have contacted the school and they advised they were waiting on TFC to get back to the school. I would like a itemized statement from TFC indicating where and what the "loan" was applied to. You should really get to know your customers, her is a him. *******.

      The creditor that TFC is reporting on my Experian credit report is actually closed and has been closed since 2022. My two other credit bureaus state it's closed. The actual creditor no longer exists they permanently closed.
