    a complaint regarding the handling of settlement payments in the ************************ Litigation, administered by Gilardi & ******** Despite having a valid claim and receiving confirmation (Claim Number: CTSU-******-3), I have not received my settlement check, while others in the same settlement class have already received theirs between August 2024 and Today.I submitted my claim well within the required deadline and received the below confirmation:"This automated email is confirmation of your recent online claim submission in the ************* Securities Litigation. Your claim number is: CTSU-******-3..."(Email sent by Gilardi & ******** Claims Administrator)The claims administrator stated the process would take 912 months, but it has now exceeded that timeframe, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no further communication, payment, or clear explanation for the delay.I am concerned about the lack of transparency and possible mismanagement by the administrator or the law firm overseeing this case. As a class member, I believe I am entitled to a fair and timely distribution of the settlement funds. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that I receive the payment I am due without further delay.

    Mr. ***** received a payment from the settlement fund in the amount of $133.68 that was issued on August 19, 2024 and remains uncashed.  Mr. ***** left a voicemail which was returned with a voicemail on July 14, 2025 letting him know that he can request a reissue of his check.

    I submitted my claim for the Invoii Sertlement on time and gave contacted the inoviosecuritie litigation.com My claim has been trejected twice and I purchased shares of INOVIO during the time they specified shard had to be purchase to receive the settlement. Ive called and all they say is that I must send an email for a review and I have already. I have shown proof of the INOVIO Shares I purchased. Please help me receive my settlement for this case.     Gilardi & Co., LLC and part of the Inovio settlement. Looks like they more dishonest and unfair than the actual issue. After providing all the documentation, they do not correspond. Once i ask the status, they say your claim is rejected. The reason is i cannot provide CSV statement. But that is exactly how robinhood provides it. I have also attached PDF's from WellsFargo. But no response to that. Looks like they are finding excuses and dragging the process to provide settlement. I would highly encourage courts not to use fraudulent companies like these that do not protect or help the impacted people

    Gilardi is actively working with this claimant to resolve substantive deficiencies on the claim, which requires them to provide complete and correct history for their stock transactions and holdings in all of their accounts during the relevant time period, which have not yet been provided.  The issues with the claim are substantive, however, and if theyre unable to cure those issues the claim may remain rejected.

    As noted in the correspondence received by the claimant, his claim was not eligible to receive a distribution.  The timeframe provided for the response is standard for settlements of this nature and all claimants were provided with the same response timeframe.  Gilardi has reached out to the claimant directly regarding this matter.

    I received a letter from DoorDash settlement P.O Box **** **********, **. 94912-****. The letter was saying that I have not cashed a settlement check if lost or stolen call ************** by March 28,2024. I called the number a couple time a recording comes on saying my call cannot be completed at this time and to dial *611 for customer assistance which turns out to be Spectrum. Spectrum says there should be no reason why the call didnt go through. I googled the address and it gave me this website. I just want people to be warned about this letter.

    I am a petitioner in the MoneyGram case I got a check for $50 out of the $913.63 claimed, when case was settled February, 2023. I received a letter in October 2022 requesting corrections of original petition claim due to inclusion of taxes and fees in the amount and to send proof of transaction, I sent copies of each MoneyGram transaction receipts that was emailed to me at the time of service within the time period of January, 2013 - December, 2017, I did so by mailing to the *** and the **** said and was delivered on November 14, 2022 well before the deadline. Still I never received acknowledgement of them having received the documents every time I called to follow up. When the case was settled the petition put forth in my name had a summary consisting of 2 cancelled transactions, amounts that included taxes and fees, duplicate reference numbers and dates, wrong transaction dates and amounts. The summary's transaction legend for each incorrect MTCN number was blank, W- Invalid MTCN per MoneyGram records, and 1, B- Blocked or refunded. I also was assigned two different claim numbers from the beginning in July 2021. I called them after receiving just $50 and was told I had to appeal which I did February 14, 2023 this time by email since mailing proof documentation to the *** didn't help, I included every MoneyGram transaction receipt sent to me as proof again, it's been 4 months since and each time I call to check and see when they would correct their errors and send me the remaining $863 owed me, I've been told call back in 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, then 30 days, finally being told they were re-working hundreds of petitioner claims. May 17, **** I was told today June 12, 2023 that my case had been escalated to a *************** team but no further updates had been entered. So I am beyond frustrated at the ongoing conflicting information& workflow processes and also waiting for a future date that nobody knows. We are being made to wait indefinitely.

    *************************N the BBB web sites and other complaint sites there appears to be a pattern deceit and lies on the part of Gilardi and KCC not communicate in good faith and steal the money owed away from the claimants that are entitled to that money by FEDERAL COURT ORDERED SETTELMENT . I wonder if the **************** knew what was going on IS ** POSTAL INSPECTORS and other federal l agents would do if they found there could be some federal laws being broken false and failure to Administer this settlement properly in complaisance the with Federal court order for settlement . As a result I expect ******* and Company LLC / KCC to contact me a timely letting me know that on a given Date when I am going to receive the check and the exact amount on that check that was being sent to me . The answer give here from them is : :WE WILL BE MAILING OUT A CHECK IN A FEW WEEKS This answer is completely UNACCETABLE : people need to know definite date time and amount when that check is going to be mailed out , thats good customer communications I have seen statement used many times and the claimant weeks or month later still has not received a check

    I received an email 3 days ago stating that I received a check from the MoneyGram remission lawsuit I've contacted every number and emailed several times to inform them that I have not gotten a check they also stated I have until May first to cash it, I moved 8 months ago and 1 week before I moved I transferred all mail to my new house so I don't understand why it hasn't been received, I have gotten other checks (not from this lawsuit, personal business.) but I haven't gotten this one I see a lot of people stating they didn't put correct addresses so I need to get a hold of someone so I can get my money.
