- Refund and Exchange Policy
- There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Martinni Beauty will issue company credit only for returns. No Refunds. All Returns must be completed within 7 working days of invoice. All returned items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as it was received. Merchandise mut not be used, assembled or damaged in any manner. All Returns must be pre-approved with a valid return authorization number (RMA) placed outside the box. Returns without (RMA) will be refused. Any merchandise shipped by the client that is damaged during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper. Custom orders, Private label and Trade show orders cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. If the order is refused upon delivery, Martinni will issue a company credit minus the shipping cost. Under no circumstances shall Martinni be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from your use of products or equipment sold by Martinni.
