I am writing to file a formal complaint against **** regarding their lack of response and failure to issue a refund for an amount of $14,551. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care and management, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.On 03/12/2024 I placed an order with mobile carrier auctions ;ORDER ATT ********* & received a payment confirmation. However, I have not received any further communication or a pickup notice for the order. After encountering delays, I contacted **** through various channels, including email and phone, but have not received a valid response. First my payment was lost in their system then my order was cancelled.It has been over a month since I began emailing **** regarding this issue, and I have yet to receive a refund or any meaningful assistance. The lack of communication and resolution from **** has been frustrating and unacceptable.I request that bstock & mobile carriers liquidations promptly issue a refund of $14,551 and provide an explanation for the delay and lack of response. I also urge bstock to improve their customer service and communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future because I relied on their service channel to be responsible for the auctions they offer. I have ordered dozens of trucks from them in the past. I ordered 3 "full truckloads" of tvs from wal mart which showed ************************************************** wrapping meaning the items would come with no boxes. When the trucks arrived, just 2 of them, 1 was full with 24 pallets and the other was a half load with 12 pallets. ALL 36 pallets were in the box which makes the quantity count VERY LOW!!! So they charged me for 3 trucks then only send 2 and cut all the loads in half and THEN give me tvs in the boxes when it CLEARLY states out of the box which is what we wanted. I spent 3 hours over several calls and was assured someone would contact me and it would get taken care of. Well that never happened and now i will lose $1000's of dollars because they misrepresented the load. All they do on phone is make promises and NEVER keep them. They used to be a GREAT company but now they simply do not care. So, they send 2 trucks when they charged about $750 for freight for each, so they kept the extra $750.00, cut the loads in half and then send me the items in boxes which was CLEARLY stated they would not be as we needed the volume of sets which traditionally are ******* sets per truck. We were expecting 1200-1800 sets over the 3 loads and they sent us approx 250. They have said they would get us a refund of some sort but they never call and never follow up. We WANT to do business with them but it is nearly impossible to accomplish as you can't trust them anymore. It really stinks.Business response

I purchased a pallet from Bstock. It was cancelled it after a month of waiting. Instead of sending me my money back, they gave me bstock credits. I do not want bstock credits, I want a refund. I ordered February 23rd and the order number is AMZ11081. The total amount was $690.96. I expected this money to be refunded to my bank account, as I paid with my bank account. I do NOT want store credit! I have reached out to them through their contact form and have not received a response.Business response

Our default method of refund is B-Stock credits, which most buyers prefer because they can use the refund right away towards another order. Ordered from this company Feb 1st 2024. After 39 days since shipped did not receive order. Cannot get anyone to give help or resolve is**** They suggest to file a dispute which is unable to be completed due to restrictions on their site. **************** non existent. I am writing to file a formal complaint against bstock.com regarding a highly problematic online auction experience involving the purchase of a Target returns pallet. The entire process was marred by fraudulent representations, miscommunication, and poor handling of the situation.I paid over $4000 for a pallet that was advertised as containing A and B merchandise in good condition, suitable for direct resale to consumers. The estimated MSRP of over $24000 provided by bstock.com was misleading, as the actual value turned out to be approximately $8000.The shipping, facilitated by ************* using contractors, was subpar. The pallet arrived with insufficient wrapping, displaying three large holes in the cardboard through which items could have been lost or damaged. When I expressed concern and requested to file a complaint with the driver, I was completely ignored.Upon inspection, numerous items were found to be broken, in need of repair, missing, or stolen. Two of the most expensive items, ******* headphones worth $239.99 and Beats by Dre headphones worth $349.99, were lost or defective. The theft of the ******* Earbuds was concealed by excessive tape on the box to prevent content inspection. This resulted in over $500 of loss alone. I promptly filed for mediation, but the bstock mediator proved unhelpful, fighting against resolutions and filing actions without consent. Ultimately, I was only refunded $465 out of over $1700 of lost or broken merchandise, which was deceitfully offered in bstock credit without my consent.This experience has been both financially and professionally damaging. Bstock.com's practices of allowing retailers to misrepresent product conditions and obstructing fair resolutions are unacceptable. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure fair and ethical business practices.Business response

I’ve ordered from this company in the past. Haven’t in a couple years due to low quality merchandise and gone through product before it comes to the retailer that’s selling it. I decided to give this company another shot and order 2 loads. One load came up short ordered 6 pallets, received 3. The other load the driver when showed up to drop off at the scheduled time when the forklift was available to use to unload the truck.i reached out to ****** the transport company and let them know hey y’all didn’t show up. I have to leave now and the forklift won’t be accessible after, I said y’all need to reschedule but I’m not paying for any fees due to you mistake. Make sure they come with a liftgate because now I’ll be out of town and forklift isn’t accessible. Not our fault the driver didn’t show up. Now bstock is coming after me for $25 liftgate fee and threatening further actions on my account. I let them k ow to close it up and y’all lose 10-20k monthly revenue over a $25 fee that I’m not suppose to be charged.Business response

While carriers do their best to adhere to all delivery appointments, they are not guaranteed to be on time due to the fluctuating nature of *** shipping, and appointments can sometimes be missed. Per shipping policies, if you do not have a loading dock or pallet jack available at the time of delivery, and you did not select “liftgate required” on your delivery address, additional fees will be assessed by the Carrier. ** **** carried out a service and therefore expects to be paid for it. However, as the shipping delay was in no part due to buyer fault, B-Stock will be happy to cover the fee as a courtesy. While we understand and respect that you may no longer want to do business with B-Stock, we do wish you the best in your future business endeavors.

I am rejecting this response because: the bstock mediator is lying. Multiple emails and multiple days I tried to prove the same point as this liar that said. In the end I requested to cancel all my account because these people over multiple emails would talk in circles thinking it’s ok to make clients look like idiots. My last email sincerely told them to get lost, and cancel my accounts because I do not deal with liars and thiefs like them. That company needs to be shut down the way they steal from people

This Transaction was Nov 22, 2023. I purchased 3 pallets of baseball and snow equipment. I paid $9328.34 for this order. I was proactive with the order when the delivery company said there was only 2 pallets when there should have been 3. I contacted bstock and spoke with ******* who told us not to refuse the order that they would take care of the missing items. The order arrived missing nearly everything. What was left, the thieves didnt even want because it was so badly damaged. I have been dealing with this dispute since 10 minutes after I received it. I immediately contacted b-stock and sent all the information requested. The value of the left over items is maybe $300.00. This dispute has been going on for over 2 months now. The communication with the mediator ***** was horrid. I was informed today that no refund will be issued in this matter. I have been ripped off and they are not even attempting to make it right. They have offered me a one time ****** credit. Are you kidding me? This is the way you do business? I have tried several times to contact mediation supervisors and management. I have never received a call back. I would like a complete refund in this matter, this is insane!!!!************Business response

The transaction was on 12/6/2023 for $210. It was an auction I was bidding on from B Stock Auction # SUP327951 for Pokeman figurines. The way they described it really isnt accurate. Very misleading. Then to charge $100 shipping on a small box that shipping would have cost me $12 to ship from the same begining destination. They keep having the same auction of these figurines and just curious how other customers felt when they recieved them. It's a scam because you really have no recourse. Yes they do have a buyer beware. But the way they auction these off you would think you would be getting more for your $Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I own 2 retail businesses. I sell product to the public for a fair price. After receiving the product I did. I could not believe they could be getting away with what they are selling. This Pokeman auction is an auction that is always going on. I watched many of the bidding for the same toys. Some people were bidding over $500 for these. Then on top charge $100 for shipping. I ship product in all lower 48 states. On a box this size and weight I could ship for under $20. I can just imagine how some felt that were bidding up to $500 for this small box of Pokeman. The way they had the auction and description of the product even fooled me. Just my opinion but this business on Bstock selling this product needs to be looked into. I guarantee you I could get the exact same product for less than $20. Then to have Bstock have a starting bid of $100 plus $100 shipping. BStock I thought was for overstock. customer returns, damaged product. This product is none of that. I wonder how the others that bid on the same auction and won feel about the product they recieved.
