      I purchased a 12" Cream Herbal Dye Sherpa Bear for $50.95 including shipping on October 4th. I received an order confirmation email that day and that was the only communication I received from Bears for Humanity. I expected to receive some sort of email update, whether it was a processing update or shipping update within the next week or so, but I never received one. On October 15, I sent an email to customerservice@bearsforhumanity requesting an update but no response. I saw on ******** that the company is very active on social media, so on October 19 I sent an additional email asking for a return due to the no response. I never heard back from ***************** It was not until I sent them a private message on ******** that someone responded. Instead of addressing any concerns that I wrote, they simply responded we processed your refund, however, I received no confirmation of a refund (even though they said they sent one). I still have not received a refund from this business.

      The refund amount that was just processed was $48.95. My total was $50.95. I don't know why $2.00 is missing. It is the principle that I had to take this type of action to get a response from this "business".

      Placed order for 2 bears on Aug 28/24 got email on Aug 30/24 that order was shipped.Waited a few days for tracking to update.Tracking has not updated and is the same as the date they say *************** company on Oct 5/24 they said looking for order. Have had ZERO contact from company since and have emailed and called multiple time. Seems as though I was scammed

      The *** *** tracking number 1Z0543R30346979172. *** lost this package.  We have been diligently trying to get the package details from ***.  unfortunately, *** cannot locate this package. We have no control over shipping and logistics.  

      On OCTOBER 19,M 2024, we issued you full refund and sent you an email notification via ******* to resolve this matter.

      This company is scamming and committing fraud. I placed an order on 9/16/24 for an organic bengal tiger stuffed animal for my kids birthday and paid $16.95 for the 2-3 day shipping. I was expecting the item to arrive on Thursday (9/19) or Friday (9/20) that week at the latest. I didnt receive the item in the promised time. The birthday had passed, and I contacted the company on Sunday (9/22) the 7th day from the purchase date, to express that I want to cancel the order and get a refund via phone/voicemail. They had not shipped the item at this point. I dont get a call back, within minutes I receive a email confirming the purchase and a tracking number. They only created a shipping label. I left another voicemail expressing not to ship, and that I would like a refund. I also replied to their email saying do not ship. Bears for Humanity did not call, but sent an email saying, the product has shipped. This was a lie. Bears for Humanity went and shipped the product on Monday 9/23 (today). It had not been shipped during the request to cancel, they received my instruction to cancel and refund. Bears for Humanity chose to deliver the product the following day to **** for delivery with the knowledge that I explicitly stated I no longer desire their product and wish to cancel and receive my rightful refund. I have screenshots to prove this. I want a full refund. I will not be opening the package, Im returning it to sender. Im going to hold Bears for Humanity responsible for the return shipping costs. If Bears For Humanity reads this, refund the full $56.19 to my account. Call or email me to set up return shipping arrangements.

      1. You placed an order for beautiful plush organic realistic tiger on September 16 with express delivery

      2. Bears for Humanity shipped the order on September 22nd.  There was a delay and we missed the shipment delivery date

      3. The product arrived at home for delivery and you refused to accept the shipment

      4. You false claim scam and applied for chargeback

      We will gladly refund you if you withdraw the chargeback.

      USPS is closed on Sundays (9/22/2024). I requested a refund and not to ship. You received all my communications and still decided to ship the following day. If that is not bad business (scamming people) I dont know what is. I reported the issue to my bank and they are investigating the issue. I will stop pursuit of this when the $56.19 is returned to my account. Cooperate with the investigation and you will never hear from me again.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      you didnt miss shipment by 2-3 days. I ordered on 9/16/24. You shipped on 9/23/24. Unacceptable when I paid for 2-3 day priority shipping. I refused the package it didnt even leave the mail truck, I met the mail driver on the street and refused the package. It should be delivered back to whatever address you had on the packaging. I will talk with my bank to see what is going on with the chargeback. All I want is my refund in full.

      I placed my Bear order on 9/8/24. I immediately received notice from my bank that I was charged already for it. However, it's now 9/23/24. I have NOT received any email or shipping notice or my order. I have emailed Bearsforhumanity 2 times, and called and left a voicemail. I have received zero response or communication. It has been almost 3 weeks with no product and no response about my inquiry. I would like a FULL refund of $43.95 that I was charged and received nothing.

      I placed an order online and got a confirmation email on March 1st. I have contacted the company via email, phone and ******** messenger to no avail. I can't get in touch with the company at all. The bears are very expensive and I don't even know if I can get my money back.

      The ***** bear I ordered should look the same as website shown which has a smooth face look like shown on their website, no seams shown on face. However, what I received has 3 seams on the ***** ****** face, one is cross the half left face which is totally different that website pictures, looks horrifying like a huge scar across the half left face ,totally not accepting as children toy because of horror looking .I contacted the seller days ago with no response till today I had to contact them the third time. The first email the seller also stated there should be 2 seams on the face then I told them mine had 3 which is a defect., The seller immediately changed to telling me there should be 3 seams on the face. This company is not practicing ethnically and I am very disappointed with my purchase.

We use GOTS Certified organic cotton to make safe organic plush.  A bear is a bear is a *********** Anyone can sew a bear based on their own creation.  We make a beautiful teddy *********** I have attached the image of the face of the bear which you purchase with explanation of the seams and how we cut and sew.  This is how we sew the bear for everyone.   We have been doing the same bear for 8 years.

      the seam from left ear to mouth.
      My ***** bear only has one seam on half face which makes it a long Scar with scary looking face

      my picture is very clear to show there is only one seam which is not as described .I sent it to your company through email multiple time and you received them and responded it with bad customer service and refused to make it right.
      I am requesting a full refund and replacement at your companys expenses.

      Besides shipping cost should be paid by your company upfront due to the product is a defect.
