    Refund policy is not only garbage, it's DECEPTIVE. Multiple times I've had to wrangle with customer support just to get a refund on a game I changed my mind on "because it already started downloading." Even when I explain to them that I NEVER even STARTED it, they say "well, it shows as downloaded on our end." They also love to abruptly cut the support chat & one time, BANNED ME from it entirely FOR A DAY. I had to call them on the phone only to hear that loading a ticket - the data that says "oh yeah, this account on this system can now download this game" constitutes as a "download." Like with the word "purchase" (See: the attempted revocation of ************************* shows bought on PS Video), **** has a really funny definition of the word "download."But hey, just be careful with what you buy right? At least you can try games out on PS+. Plus they have monthly games you get to keep for as long as the subscription lasts... right? RIGHT???Well, in the middle of ******* ******* was removed from PS+ Extra Game Catalog. And just because I added it to my account to add the PS4 version NOT included with Monthly Games Nov. 2020, IT REVOKED MY PS+ ESSENTIAL PS5 GAME FROM NOVEMBER 2020.And EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER "SUPPORT" AGENT plays DUMB & acts like I'm talking about the game from Game Catalog, and not THE NOVEMBER 2020 MONTHLY GAMES ON PS+ **ESSENTIAL.** Even when I provide the Order Number FROM the November 2020 claim, I STILL get hit with "oh this game was removed from Game Catalog in August :'( Sorry :'(." Followed by, you GUESSED IT - CUTTING THE CHAT SHORT. Old habits die hard, eh?And yes, sometimes they even ASK FOR THE ORDER NUMBER.I've tried to explain this up and down, but it's like they're mandated to funnel people to spend MORE money.Playstation makes less games I want with the closure of Japan Studio, but the console gave a good experience. But the customer support is SUCH a nightmare, I NEVER want to give them another DIME in my LIFE.

    Playstation would not allow me to gain access to my account because my account keeps getting hacked even when I set up 2FA they got passed it. Now their telling me I can't get my account back because they can't prove I own it. When I basically gave them all the information they asked for even the card I used to purchase my games on the console. I am fed up.

    They tried to suspend my account , For debt I owe them nothing if anything just this week Ive spent $200 between pre ordering nba2k26 and buying vc theres no reason my account should be suspended , on top of that you try to get ahold of them there no 247 support there communication line is horrible and there is simply no way of fixing the problem they are trying to run a dictator style platform they suspend you account going you make a new one and spend more money this is bogus .. Im livid

    Ive had playstation since i was a kid. I bought Uncharted 4 ps5 version but i wanted the other version so i called them to refund my mom cs i paid ***** +tax and they told me because of policy i cant get my money back so i was left to spend another 40 sum dollars just to get the right game that i wanted. I want my money back they customer support sucks!

    Their refund policy is anti-consumer. They do not allow a refund if you purchase a game, play it for one minute and decide it's not for you. That game is ******* *****. Every other online store allows you to do a refund for digital items. It's greedy, underhanded and proves they don't care about their players only their players' money.

    My account got hacked and *** had this account for over 9 years. Thousands of dollars worth of purchases just for PlayStation support to tell me due to security reasons we cant recover your account, make a new account. I answered every single question and even gave them my debit card that was on file just for them to let the hacker keep it. My children also would use my account and have lost everything they spent their allowances on too. Im extremely disappointed. I thought PlayStation was more vigilant about preventing hackers but it seems like they are on their side.

    **** PlayStation stole $9.99 from me. I purchased a add on for a game and never received it. Went through multiple customer service tries to be dropped or ignored. I'm curious how many other customers have they done this with. In my opinion this is theft, and **** needs to be accountable. This company does not deserve a star and if my son was not so excited about the PS5 I would be returning it due to this experience.

    A lifelong customer of ********************** a lot of time and money spent. Was suspended due to a charge back. At the time the charge on my bank statement only stated that it was for something with ps. I didnt have access to the email associated with ps or the ps because my ps4 was broken for over a year. A couple of months later I tried to play a game on my computer n link it through ps only to see that something was wrong with my account. Apparently I was suspended and was required to pay back a subscription that I hadnt used in over a year. So now all of my games from the past decade were locked behind a paywall of 32.56$. Since then *** bought anything I could that wasnt PlayStation so that I could avoid ever having to be associated with a company that doesnt care about its users. I hope that the rule at some point gets changed but I doubt it. They dont care about any of us they just want you to buy more products. If you are seeing this please dont trust this shady company because I wont.

    Ive been trying to recover my old PlayStation account that I created years ago and spent a lot of money and time on. I provided everything they asked for: original purchase receipts, confirmation emails, proof of account creation, and even emails directly from PlayStation about upgrading the account.Despite all of this, support refused to help me recover the account just because I no longer have the PS4 console I created it on. That console is long gone its been years. I was told that without the serial number, they couldnt verify my identity, even though I proved it in several other ways. They shut down the chat and wouldnt escalate my case at all.This is extremely unfair to loyal customers whove invested in their platform. I followed all the rules, provided legitimate proof, and was still denied access to my own account. If anyone at **** actually reviewed the case like a human, they would clearly see its ******* leaving this review in hopes that **** reconsiders how they treat account recovery situations like this. I just want access to the account I rightfully own.

    I recently got MY ACCOUNT STOLEN from me because of the new qr code feature and my credit card that was on my game or a purchase from my purchase history and the playstion online assistant just go ahead and change my information for him and when I try to recover my account before I can even do the security questions that they ask they just say sorry due to security reasons we cannot make any further changes to this account. They also say to make a new account, why would I make a new account if I spent well over $14000 on that particular one and they wont let me recover it. They need to do better.
