      I give this business a zero star rating. Never, ever, ever, ever buy a machine from them. bought a new embroidery machine from them that does not work. I've tried and tried, but itkeeps having every issue imaginable. When I try to get customer service from them they are never available. Who can sit around the phone forever and wait for their call that rarely comes. When it does, they are not much help. They just try to sell you some more software. Yea, sure. I wouldn't buy anything else from them. They said I had a money back guarantee, but now say I have had it too long. It's taken me this long to figure out it doesn't ************ your hard-earned money elsewhere! Live and learn. I think the new ones all come from Tawain now. The old ones hold their value better and work better too. *************************** ************ just wants to drain money out of you. I give them a one only because I have to to submit. I say a big fat 0.

      Terrible customer service. Placed an order for an item that said was in stock. After an email to customer service asking about ship date, received a reply item was backordered with no estimated delivery date. Call customer service to cancel order and was told system was down would cancel as soon as back up. Waited three days and called again and was told they were behind in processing refunds but order was cancelled. Called again two days ago and was told it takes up to 5 days for refund to show. Now close to two weeks after canceling and no refund and no item. Now have to go through the process of disputing. Never again. Buyer beware.

      Terrible customer service. I placed an order on September 7. It took almost a month to receive an item and upon receipt, the item did not work. I contacted customer service immediately to inform them. Several calls and emails later I received a return slip to send the item back. The shipped item was received per the tracking number 11 days ago and I am still awaiting my refund. I just sent another email requesting the status of my refund. I also sent a "contact us" customer service email due to my disappointment over a month ago and never received a follow-up. I will never shop here again. I am thankful, unlike other customers, that I did not order a machine of any kind through them. What a disappointing nightmare.

      Technical Support is terrible , they dont call back. I paid for a ****** robotic system that doesnt work. I bought a 10ft frame, King ******* ll and the robotics. I had trouble with service and getting things shipped from day 1. I cant return it, and I cant use it. I would not recommend this company. All they seem to care about is the initial sale.

      I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. I recently ordered an ********** Stitch Regulator at a cost of $999.00. They sent me a used **********. The box and all the components inside had already been opened and used. When I contacted the company about it I was told they dont know how that happened. They also told me they dont have any new ones in stock. You do the math. I left two emails with the company and two voicemails with the person I believe to be in charge and neither he, nor anybody else, contacted me. I had to keep calling them until I got my money back. I bought my sewing machine from them a couple years ago with no issues. I dont know whats going on with that company, but I will never do business with them again.

      *********************** reached out to us on on 9/18. She spoke to our **************** Manager who set up a Fed Ex pick for 9/19 to retrieve her order. We let her know once we received noticed the product was picked up we would issue a full credit. We gave her the option to exchange or be credited in full. She chose to be credited and credited was issued in full on 9/20 the day she sent this review. Thank you!

      Charged $200.00. Machine not cleaned light bulb not replaced. Called store, told too bad bring it back theyd redo for $200.00.

      I've ordered several sewing machines, chairs and supplies through the last 8+ years from Sewing Machines Plus. They have always taken care of any issue I've had. There hasn't been many. The products have all been great quality! Especially the sewing machines. When I've spoken to customer service they have always been professional, friendly and thorough.

      Ironing Board cover for $50. Misleading and inaccurate description. Totally unacceptable quality. Omitted to say that the item would be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and returns would posted to a foreign country with a restocking fee. Out of $50, I would be refunded $10.

      They advertised a product as in stock but when order was placed they submitted to have dropped shipped from manufacturer. After 2 weeks of no communication of shipment order cancelation was requested and acknowledged by Sewing Machines Plus. A week after cancelation still no refund and stated they were unable to process a PayPal refund at this time and were working on resolution. So 3 weeks post order order canceled and no refund issued. Resolution filed with PayPal, next step is contacting ***** I would not recommend this retailer.

      I am from **** and purchased a Janome MB4 and have had nothing but problems with this machine. No where did it say I needed the orignal box to return. I had problems from day one and got no help, they went even so far as to tell me call ****** and I did and they couldn't fix it either and suggested to me to return the machine. I did at my own expense and have not heard from them as to what they are going to do. All I hear is they are looking at the machine, I have called and emailed and get no response. As I said no where on paper work does it say I need orginal packaging, I sent it all back well packaged..
