    I DO NOT want anything to do with Guitar Jamz. I want my money back!

    Guitar Jamz failed to respond to my MANY emails to the company.

    SUDDENLY, when BBB gets involved, they are "oh, so sorry".

    I want my money back.

    12/27/2023 I placed an order for the lifetime subscription to Guitarjamz.com. When processing the order the site told me that the order did not go thru and to place the order again because the item in my cart expired. So, I place the order a second time. I was billed twice. I would like a refund for both order as they have no customer service and website states" I am going to give you a full 12 Month No Questions asked return policy" I have sent Emails explaining the issue on 12/27, 12/28, 12/29, 01/2/2024 and 01/03/2024. I have also called ************ with no luck.

    They refuse to unlock courses that I already purchased while continuing to try to sell me access to them again. I purchased a lifetime membership to the website that included access to any and all courses located on it. They constantly ignore my request to unlock the newest courses available. Here is a copy of previous contact with them regarding this same issue.     This site never sent me a link to reset my password even after several attempts so I can't login. I create another account to be able to communicate with them, but they don't answer to my messages (*****) sent with the contact us link. So I can't use the subscription I bought ''100 Blues Rock Licks''. I don't want to deal with them anymore. Can you please help me. Thanks

    I purchased a guitar learning program called the Guitar ************* as advertised by this company guitarjams.com. This program is supposed to include access to all premium content on their website including all new content created by the company. Despite reaching out to the company's support email about not having access their premium content, they are non-responsive and have done nothing to ***** me access to the content I paid for. I purchased this program several years ago but only noticed I've been locked out of the premium content recently. The company advertises it as lifetime access.
