I placed an order through Dodge Garage .com for a custom built Dodge Durango Hellcat. They inturn directed me to Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I also had to deposit $100.00 as a show of good faith that I was serious. I got a print out with an ID and order number. The print out also states that I would be contacted by a dealership representative shortly. I waited 4 days with no contact so I called them. I spoke with the sales manager "Mike" who said they had received my request and he asked me to come in to have one of his sales consultants build the car with me and show me the color. I was assured by him that they could build this car. I went to the dealership today 4-11-23 and met Mike who handed me off to his sales consultant Vince. Vince looked up the car I wanted and told me his dealership couldn't get that one. All I got from the sales manager was sorry I guess we can't. I drove approximately one hour and all I got was "sorry, I guess we can't". When I got home I remembered the $100.00 deposit, I called the dealership and was told to have my credit card company decline the transaction. I have since filed a complaint with their corporate office who said they would look into the matter.
