    We purchased a car from bmw of slo feb 27 2024? for $78,000.00 there were swirl marks on the paint JT and Mike both said no problem we will take care of that. so we purchased the car . I made several attempts by email and at least a dozen telephone attempts to reach Mike the Sales manager to resolve this issue . With no communication at all.( the girls that answer the phone in service know my name well they tried to help but still no communication .Mike and JT the salesman were aware we didnt live in the area "no problem" ... "For our convivence they know a company in fresno that can take care of this issue so we wouldn't have to come back to SLO . " Well i tried to make contact but none was made so i had a company in fresno do the work and emailed Mike the receipt... Then i got a call.. Mike saying he could have gotten the work done way cheaper i told him all he had to do was to communicate with me .. Then he started back peddling saying he never promised this. At the time of the contract when they asked if anything was promised to us i said yes and explained it to the finance guy well he didn't note that .. I noticed and asked him to please make a note of this finally he did after i reminded him at least 2 or 3 times . I also asked for my contract to be printed out for me but instead they gave me a usb i asked again and they said it was against policy . I am asking for a reimburisment of $1,500.00. for the work that was promised but never followed through with

    What a horrible experience. My boyfriend took his car in for an oil change at the dealership and the tech backed the car into a disabled parking sign. It created a sizable dent. The dealership said they would repair it since they were at fault. Their "repair" did nothing to fix the damage. The behavior of J*** **** was incredibly unprofessional as well. He barred us from the premises and the dealership is not going to fix the damage they caused. If you like your car DO NOT take it to this dealership.
