    I would give them a zero if it were possible. Please be aware that this is a HUGE scam. Coast to Coast are people sitting behind a computer. Even if you give them a very accurate inventory, they severely underbid it. Not having more experience I signed the contract and paid a $3000 deposit on a $6500 (understanding it could be more), subcontract the job, and want $6000 more when they get there. We refused. The subcontracted movers said they experience this often with Coast to Coast. On top of that they tell you your move will take 3-10 days. I asked about that several times and was told that they just have to say that to cover themselves. (My move - Texas to New Mexico). What they really do is more move than one at a time. The next people they load up get to their new home sooner because that’s how the truck is loaded. I’m working on disputing the charges but I want to make sure I help as many people as possible. I was told by a man in the moving industry, after all of this, who started his own small company because the state to state chains are full of thugs. I hope I’m never in this position again. I also learned that anyone can be ranked as a “Top Ten” company with money and fake reviews. Please don’t be as naive as I was!
