    DO NOT USE THEM!!! First they required a credit card to come out then they came out and spent an hour attempting to rekey my lock but couldn't then charged me $150 for doing nothing because they claim the lock was damaged.They gave me a quote to replace the ******** lock for an absurd amount like thousands of dollars.Then I had another locksmith replace the cylinder in less than an hour and it was all done.I requested a refund and they refused so I disputed with my credit card and Reeds had the audacity to call me to tell me llied and asked me if how I could sleep at night. I asked him how he could sleep at night because I told the truth and they tried to scam me. They are highly unethical!
