    I hired Demetrius Consulting group to document my completed construction remodel in **********************. ********* Daniels and I agreed on $500 to take photos of my project to visually represent the quality of my construction. While ********* Daniels was on site, he unloaded all of his camera equipment, set up the job, and prepped for the shoot. While taking photos and videos of the project, ********* was extremely negligent and scratched the homeowners brand new $6,500 *************** induction range. When asked about the damaged originally, he denied any responsibility to the damage. ********* and I came to the conclusion that unfortunately it was his lack of awareness that did in fact cause the damage to the brand-new appliance. After we initially talked about him replacing the appliance, he became a very agitated, started to sweat, and stated, that he could not afford to replace the unit. At which then started to ****** and pack up his equipment and hastily left the home. Over the next 3 weeks, I was unable to get an answer from *********...Finally, when he did respond, I asked when I would receive my photos of my project that I had paid him in advance for. At this time, I can no longer go back and get photos because the home is now occupied, and the family is back to living their normal life. I never received an answer about the delivery of my photos. Rather ********* was stringing me along saying he wanted to do more work which I wasn't interested in after the damage to the range. He began to say that he would send me my photos, then he said he would not. He then said he would refund my money... Which he has not either. I am not interested in the money; I am interested in getting the deliverables I agreed too, and paid for. I hired ********* Daniels Consulting group to further my presence in the industry, show pride in my work, and to attract future customers to my business via photos of my completed work. Unfortunately, that did not happen.
