    I purchased a jacket off of their website. I have not received the jacket nor am I able to speak with anyone in all my emails areunanswered. I would just truly like a refund and this site should be closed down because they do not send people their merchandise or a refund. requested a refund via email because *** never received my product And they dont even reply. Ive never received tracking information.

    I would like for my money to be returned. I have made several attempts to have my refund processed and has been to no avail. And need assistance..In doing so. They sent only information Expressing how many satisfied customers they have. in which I cant really tell so if you could please help me on this matter, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

    I went on their site pellepellejackets.com and purchased a jacket on 11-29-2023 and I paid for it $249 and changed my mind. The cancellation policy saids if you cancel before 24 hour I will get a full refund. I been sending them emails and messages all day today 11-30-2023 in been trying to call them and I got no response. I kept going on the site all day sending messages to cancel my order and the instant message board replied until I told them I wanted to cancel my order. I have screenshots of the return policy and all the messages I sent to them about canceling and I have a screenshot of the purchase time and day. I have tried to call the numbers they have on their site and nothing happens and one of the numbers always get a busy tone.

    This discrepancy in domain names suggests a possible confusion, which may have led to the misplacement of the complaint.

    I purchased a 2 jackets off the site and never received them. I was in contact via email with the company and they promised a refund that I never received.
