            Leased a Jeep from them two years ago (May 2022) and was specifically promised a full 3 year warranty that covers an oil change and tire rotation once a year. Went to their shop on 01/31 (less than two years after getting the car) and was told I'll need to pay for the two because the Jeep Wave program only applies for 24' purchases. I called Jeep corporate to find out what happened and this is what I was told: - **** said that **************** actually started in 2021 so the manager who talked to me basically LIED TO MY FACE.- Jeep claimed it was actually the dealer that canceled my Jeep wave program for no clear reason. SO THEY CANCELLED IT JUST SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE NOT PAID ALMOST $200 FOR. - **** says theres nothing they can do legally once the dealership cancels the program since it cancels my eligibility. They stated this is very unusual.-

            I wanted to order a Dodge Demon, but I was told that I would need to pay the market adjustment, another words MSRP of 80K base+ ******* market adjustment, that is almost 3X what the car costs, I have a2023 Dodge Hellcat Jailbreak, and 2021 **** Pack, I dont understand how a dealership can stick me with another 200K that no bank in the world will pay more than the ***** that is still enough to make them money. I would give them a 0 for their smug attitude, I bought my Hellcat from them after 2 days of them pulling a bait and switch, and the 50K over MSRP I refused to pay, very disappointing experience, because allocations for the Demon are getting low, so since they have 2 left and 2 on their lot, they tell me. Bad way to do business..****
