Had Mutazu MU bags before, loved them once I made some mounting and lock improvements. Ordered another set because mine were damaged when I was hit by a car. These new ones, everything looked good, but one tail light trim was sticking up and wouldn't stay stuck down right from opening the box. Did contact them. Long story short, whoever on the assembly line put the light together, didn't line it up properly and damaged the s**** holes for the lens cover beyond a simple repair. But they still installed it and it didn't sit in the spot properly and kept pushing the chrome beauty ring out. No satisfaction from Mutazu due to the fact I live in ****** and they only ship what is needed to fix it for free if the part(s) are shipped to a locztion in the States. It's a good thing I still had one of the old damaged bags and was able to switch out the lens. I think Mutazu makes a real nice looking large hard bag, but if you buy them, you definitely need to improve upon their mounting system and the way you secure the bag to the mounts, and their customer service is weak. 3 out of 5 because I like these bags but if I didn't and was going soley on the service aspect, it would have been a one. Had everything been good, 4 out of five, because you still need to improve the mounting hardware.
