    I recently purchased a dress from Azazie, based on my daughters suggestion, but unfortunately, the delivery process was mishandled. The box arrived opened and was delivered to the wrong residence. At the time, I was ill and didn't attempt to try on the dress. After recovering, I finally tried it on, only to find that it didn't fit well due to weight loss during my illness. Specifically, the breast area was poorly constructed, sitting above my bust, the hips were excessively tight, and the back couldn't zip up, leaving a 5-inch gap. What's concerning is that all my other size 6 clothes fit loosely, but this dress's issues seem to stem from poor craftsmanship rather than sizing. I've taken the dress to a professional seamstress, and she confirmed that it's been made with inadequate fabric for adjustments. To make matters more frustrating, Azazie's return policy is quite restrictive and I cant attempt to sell this poorly made dress.

    I have worn two Azazie dresses for weddings in the past and used the try-on option several times as well. Both of those experiences were smooth and successful. My most recent experience was not appalling and I will no longer be shopping at Azazie and I will tell everyone I know shopping for a wedding guest dress or bridesmaid dress to avoid shopping at Azazie at all costs. On 4/28, I ordered the Charlize dress in the blue fern floral print in two different sizes to wear for my brother's upcoming wedding on 5/31 with the plan to return the size that didn't work. After ordering, I would periodically check on the Azazie website for the status of the dresses. On 5/8, the website showed that the dresses were in the final production stages and that they would be delivered between 5/15-5/20. I received an email on 5/9 that my order was almost ready to ship. I didn't receive any other emails after that and there were no more updates online. When I hadn't received any dresses or shipping information by 5/20 I went to contact Azazie on 5/21. However, their website stated they were only available via phone Tuesday-Thursday but that their phones were down on 5/20-5/22. I then began chatting with a customer service representative via their chat feature on 5/21. She provided me with the supposed tracking number for my dresses. When searching this tracking number via *** it said a label was created on 5/10 but that *** doesn't have possession of the package yet. I have been chatting with her for 3 days now and despite my request through her and through email to speak to an actual person on the phone to resolve this issue I have not been able to physically speak to anyone. She has been giving me the run around and is now suggesting I order try-on dresses in the hopes that they will arrive on time since those are "in stock". I have filed a claim with my credit card to dispute the charges as there's been no mention of any refund despite not having received anything. Buyer, beware!!

    While the dresses themselves are decent in quality, they arent exceptional enough to justify the frustrating business model behind this company. I placed an order for three dresses totaling over $400 on May 1, 2025, intending to try them on for an upcoming rehearsal dinner. Its now May 16, and the order still hasnt shipped.Whats most frustrating is that these were standard-sized dresses available on the website, which gave the impression they were in stock. However, I later found out that all dresses are made to order overseas, which results in a production time of over 2 weeks, followed by an additional 2 weeks for shipping. This means Im essentially waiting a full month just to TRY ON the ********** someone who planned to choose one dress and return the others, this process has tied up over $400 for far too long. I would not recommend this store there are plenty of other online retailers that offer similar quality dresses with much faster turnaround times. Save your time and money by shopping elsewhere.

    Beware of their "exchange policy". They will only refund a portion of your purchase (deduct more shipping costs), then credit you an amount to purchase the correct size. So now that the prices increased, you will pay even more for the dress and pay shipping fees once again. Do not trust their size guide since we ordered sizes based on those measurements and they were still way too small. Shop elsewhere with companies that are forthcoming about their return policies and have better customer support than this company. What a waste of time and money.

    Purchase a dress from Azazie the dress came with the zipper broken , try to return it was told that it cannot be returned because it was a final sale. Was told that they can only refund me 50% I said no not my flaunt that the zipper is damaged. The customer person then suggested that I take a picture of the broken zipper and tag and send it did that and then was told that they cant verified from the picture and suggested that I take a video I said no . So finally they agree to refund me for the full purchase price. Your business should be more willing to accommodate people if an item is damaged they should be able to return even though the sale is final . But I have to wait five days will post update if the kept their word and refund my money. I would never refer anyone to this company.

    Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs!!! I have been completely scammed by this company. They deliberately deceive you with and dont provide upfront or honest information. They will use any excuse to s**** you over on shipping, and refuse to make it right. Take your business anywhere else.

    Absolutely terrible! They ignored all my attempts to contact them after there were issues with their shipping company, that were required to be dealt with by the sender. They threatened to charge me over $400 for an order that was never received, and would not answer any of my calls, chats or emails before the deadline. They however had enough time to answer a negative review I left on a different website! As a customer service **** I can confirm that this is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer you expect to place future orders. DO NOT PURCHASE TRY ON DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY I AM NOT THE FIRST ****** TO REPORT THIS ISSUE!!!

    Azazie Dress Oh my goodness the dress is amazing. It fits perfectly and matched the measurements in the sizing chart. The fabric was beautiful with lace. It was well made with a sturdy zipper. It is such a nice dress that I am going to order another one. The response time was excellent and I had some inquiries that were immediately answered. The website is easy to use. Highly recommend this vendor for all your dress needs.

    I have had multiple great experiences with Azazie! I had not bought from them until this summer. I bought a try on box and the process was smooth and easy. I had a wide range of quality items to try on, and their partnership with Happy Returns made the return very easy. The dress quality shocked me for the price range. Once I chose my maid of honor outfit, I ordered a custom sized dress and received it. It exceeded all of my expectations. The website is easy to navigate, the customer service is top-tier, and their products are true to quality. Because of this, I have sent my own bridesmaids to Azazie for their bridesmaids dresses plus accessories.
