My company ****************** began working with a representative from Agile web studios in April 2022. I found them through the a web design sight that stated that they were associated with my POS system Shopify. After paying multiple times for this add on and that add on and frequently being bullied that if I didn't pay the new add on my website would not work. I specifically asked them to give me the total and final cost and access to the back-end of my website so I could make changes to my product descriptions as necessary. They asked me for an additional $999 after I had already paid what they had asked for initially. I am a single person small business and I think it is totally unfair and horrible to get scammed this way. I see from the other complaints that other companies have been scammed the same way. I am asking for a refund since I can't even access my website.

My company Body Alliance began working with a representative from Agile web studios in December of 2021. At this point we were looking for a company to do a simple e-commerce website. The company name was Crunchers at this point. We initially paid $2000 for what was meant to be an all inclusive website. At this point we were transferred to a different sales representative named Rexx. Rexx up sold my company what was supposed to be a full web platform and maintenance for 2 years along with free website additions for the price of $10,000 which my company paid in installments throughout the year of 2022. Many complaints were filed with Crunchers by Body Alliance about the completion of the website. Around October of 2022 my company was informed that ********* had been acquired by Agile web studios and Rexx had been terminated. We were transferred again to a representative named ******* who then sold an app program to Body Alliance. Immediately after that we were transferred to ********************* who asked for more money to complete the unfinished product. **** was informed that no more money would be paid because the project was never finished and never handed over to Body Alliance. Agile web studios has published a subpar website under BodyAlliance.org and Body Alliance has never received back end access to the website. After multiple complaints my company was contacted by ********************* who introduced himself as the president of the company. ********************* showed my company a corrected website but demanded $3500 to give backend access. Upon our refusal to pay, ********************* and ********************* have refused to answer any calls or respond to texts. Body Alliance lawyers have attempted to contact both ********************* and ********************* but have received no response. Agile Web Studios has not completed any task they promised to finish. They are simply ignoring clients that have paid and are unsatisfied with their services. Body Alliance will be filing a lawsuit against Agile web studios.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL & TOXIC! TOTAL SCAM!In April 2022 I started working with your company to develop a mobile application app for an idea I had. After speaking with ******************* (aka "******************) he convinced me to sign with your company to bring my vision to life. He assured me that I would receive a fully functioning app, a registered Business LLLC, high quality functioning website as well as built-in features relevant to my app's category. After working 4-5 months with "********************** and "********************** I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in ********, **********. ***** and **** have another "company" called "THE MR **** (beware of them too). I have not heard from either ***** OR **** since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail.Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on. - My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it - It is riddled with spelling mistakes - The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me - I've never seen a contract or formal invoice - Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system.-They also breached contract by not providing me with back-end info (source code-SSH) that I own and paid for last year (see attachments). It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see. I have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver. When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers.

Agile Web Studios gave me a price of $2,700 to build a site complete via my business (JetodaryLLC), called Jobwyn.com with video upload capability, job listings, messaging feature, blog and other resources over what would be a 2-3 month project. In first two months, they advised different enhancements needed for the site to be viable, adding thousands more, and nearly $20k for the site build, and over $6k when they were 'close' to completion in August to hose this highly functional site. They did not complete by 2022 year end, switching project leads using fake names and titles, citing big business deals they had to legitimize(shared they struck a $160m deal w/Amazon in June'22). I advised I would walk away at 8 month ***** 1/18/23 if not complete. They launched that very day a site wrought with problems, missing key and simple functionality, clearly produced to meet my final deadline with little of what was paid for. I allowed a few weeks to fix/edit mistakes and add missing components, but they were slow to respond and work any issues, and on 2/28/23 I advised I was walking away and gave 7 days to refund, which they failed to respond. They also breached contract by not providing me w/back-end info(source code-SSH) that I own, having paid fully for everything in/on the site unless I signed a doc that 'they completed their work to my satisfaction, which I refused to do. I now and taking legal-civil and criminal-action against this company. Attached are a few of the docs, invoices to prove money spent. I also have 9+ months of email exchanges that detail their fraudulent business practices, lies, as well as record of all calls and texts to back up these claims.

On 11-3-2022, I paid $699 up front for the company to create me a new website and them transfer all of the content from old website to the new one. I also requested for them to buld the website with specific software which initially they did not do and denied my claims. The website states it onlt takes ***** hours. Very little was being done to new website within 2 weeks. It was taking too long and they would say it will be done tonight but nothing changed. At the beginning, they sent me a picture of the first page of the new website for me to approved. I did approve but since it was a picture I could not see the software they used to build the website. They trap you since their refund policy says once the picture of the new future website is approved there are no refunds. I did not approve of the methods the were using to create the site but I could not see that until they started. It has been going on 3 weeks and the site is barely started and can be seen at *********************************************** . They have stopped working on it and do not respond to me.My boss was angry at me since they took so long so my boss had another company working on it, not me, as their refund policy also mentions. They are using what I believe to be a virtual office and only use it for the *** address to make it seem like they are in the *** but I believe they are in *****. I believe this to be illegal. They are also being investigated by CA BBB and have an alert out but I did not know until now. ***************************************************************************************************************************************

After 44 days, ******* paid or admittedly illegally charged by "Agile Web Studios", 39 phone conversations, 52 emails, and scores of texts, our dealings with AWS end 7/25/22 as AWS produced in total an insufficient 22 pages of (codeless) wireframes and worse still 0 lines of source-code towards either app they said they would build to completion for us. AWS writes they further committed the following crimes against us throughout: * "Fraudulent Activities" (i.e., Credit Card Fraud by a Retailer, and non-delivery of services) * "Data theft" * Possible Wiretapping (See Document 1.) Today we demand a full return of the remainder of our money paid to and admittedly stolen by AWS: ******** First, AWS placed an unauthorized charge on my personal debit card on 6/13 for $2095, then on 6/30 in the amount of ****** then on 7/11 for ****** AWS acknowledges these misdeeds as the partial amount of $7317 is returned 8/2. Meanwhile, on 6/18 ***** asks in writing for ***** to begin a "patent process" for the web application, when asked now for verification of this process, ***** is unable to provide any proof that a "patent process" has started. We are made to believe therefore this is another specific act of fraud committed against us by AWS. (We were leery of their legitimacy as a business soon enough and remained accommodative fearing AWS could cease contact with us and disappear entirely, which btw we continue to believe may happen.) 7/29 an email from ******, ****** AWS, says verbatim: "We found ******* involved in different fraudulent activities, and to be very precise, the company management have decided to file a data theft charge on him. As before he left he tried charging unauthorized payments from clients credit cards..." S' email offers no apology. Lastly AWS's sole argument is "Change of mind" (is not a valid reason to return our money). Considering every verifiable point (See documentation) with regards to our case against Agile Web Studios we are arguing it is.
